Overall I had a good stay and recommend the property.

It was a comfortable, cozy apartment equipped with nearly everything you'd need for a trip. The kitchen was in good shape and well-stocked. The couch, TV, beds, and tables were all in acceptable condition and well-maintained.

The hot water was enough for one person's shower, but it might get cold if more than one person showers one after another. It might take some time for the water heater to warm up the water again.

Good and fair stay in Malaga, communication needs to be better tho

Good, clean accomodation, a lot of space

The communication is a problem and needs to be better. We were told to check-in at 4pm but we had to wait 20min till receiving the code to get in. Also our rooms werent ready in terms of cleaning

Great apartment for our trip to Malaga

The location of the apartment is perfect, close enough to explore the city of Malaga but in a quiet street so no noise. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. A short walk over the river takes you into Centro Malaga close to many bars, restaurants, shops and historical sites.

Good value for money but issue with cleanliness.

The property was in a great location, a short walk to the main attractions of Malaga. Staff were helpful when we had issues. Property was nice and spacious.

The property clean overall, however there were some issues. There were some ants in the kitchen and bathroom and the bed sheets had some stains. This made the stay a bit uncomfortable but it was ok for two nights. If it were not for the ants and stains I would stay here again, however because of these issues I will probably look for somewhere else the next time I come to Malaga.

Brilliant location to explore the city and a lovely apartment to relax in, great value.

Lovely new apartment in a great location. Very central, the neighbourhood itself is very quiet, and seems to have a nice community feel built around the nearby Parroquia San Pablo, with nicely decorated streets surrounding the church. Local convenience shops and a Lidl is within 5 minutes walk which is very handy. The distance to the start of the old town is ever closer, about 2-3 minutes to cross the nearest bridge and explore the mostly pedestrian centre of the city. Extremely clean, the hosts were very helpful. Door codes to enter the building and apartment so no risk of losing keys during your stay. Nicely furnished, everything seems new, modern and stylish. Great bathroom, excellent shower. Highly recommend it.

Apparentemente bello, belle foto …. Arredi molto economici …. Non è un posto per 4 adulti

Self check in ottimo

Biancheria per un solo letto mentre abbiamo utilizzato 2 letti per 4 persone. Divano scomodo per due adulti . Tutto molto provvisorio: l appendi asciugamani in bagno, lo specchio all ingresso non erano fissati al muro quindi pericoloso. Maniglia doccia rotta… ci è rimasta in mano una presa.

Een top plek voor een bezoek aan Malaga

Ik verbleef 10 dagen in het appartement op de begane grond. Het complex is gelegen in een rustige straat. Het is een fijn, schoon appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. En heerlijk dichtbij het centrum, voorzieningen en de metro. Het contact met de host was ook heel prettig, makkelijk inchecken en een hele goede service. Kortom een topplek om te verblijven!

Tout est parfaitement pensé pour passer un moment agréable : literie de qualité, équipements complets, et une ambiance chaleureuse. Perfecta estancia!

La posición de este piso es perfecta para visitar el centro histórico, en menos de 10 minutos ya estarás allá! El piso es moderno y lindo, la ducha muy grande y muy cómodo en general. El barrio donde se encuentra es muy tranquilo, no hai ruidos por la calle y parece muy seguro

En el piso de la planta baja no hay cortinas, entonces es posible que las personas en la calle puedan ver dentro de la casa… Sería mejor ponerlas para una mayor privacy. Por el resto, todo muy bien 😊

Un apartamento bonito y moderno

Me gustó mucho la ubicación que, aunque era zona azul, estaba muy cerca del centro. No es necesario coger el coche para moverse a la zona de bares y tiendas. En el apartamento todo es nuevo y está muy bien decorado. Solo faltan algunos detalles que, seguramente, añadirán con el tiempo. Cosas como un perchero para los abrigos o algun utensilio para cocinar. Por lo demás, muy bien! Yo, como persona muy bajita, agradecería que el espejo del baño estuviera más bajo. Fueron muy amables en facilitarme la recogida de unas botas que dejé olvidadas por un despiste.

El termo eléctrico tiene poca capacidad, por lo que hay que ser bastante rápido en ducharse y lavarse el pelo si sois más de uno. Todo lo demás, genial.
