Take ear plugs

It's small but it was adequate

It was so noisy. We barely got any sleep. From upstairs neighbours stomping around with army boots on and flushing the toilet every 15 mins. To barking dog in the block and cars/motorbikes using the nearby road as a racetrack. It literally was endless.

Rooms are way too small. Looks like the host decided to separate a good one-bedroom apartment into 2 small rooms. Last floor rooms have a 50x50 window: they are dark and hot. There is a decent AC but it's placed against some basic comforting rules. A room with 3 beds has space only for a small table with a single chair. No baggage store service.

Thin walls. Very noisy neighbourhood - dogs barking and techno party nearby made me leave the facilities at 11 pm and book a hotel nearby

It was easy to access and clean.

We needed somewhere to stay for the night close to the airport as we landed very early in the morning. It was further away than I had realised. It was very basic but the rooms and bathroom were clean and fine for a few hours to sleep in before we continued out onward journey.

I was expecting three single beds (for me and my two adult sons), but it was a double bed and a single bed.

Great value for money stay

The room was sparkling clean, the bathroom was spacious. Having no window was a benefit as the room stayed really cold when the Aircon was on. The messages received online from the staff were nice and polite.

The entrance steps are quite steep and not easy to climb when holding onto a suitcase. The keys to the side balcony did not work so we had to eat breakfast in our room.

Very clean and good location close to airport and direct bus ride from the city center with bus stop 200m from the room.

The admin part was a bit complicated with multiple messages, need to provide email address to get the access code, etc. Could have been much more straightforward.

Passable for a night

It’s nearby a bus stop and it’s around 6-7 bus stops from Malaga city centre. Bus costs 1,40 EUR There’s a kettle and tea/coffee in the room

We arrived very late (2am) and Ruben took the time to send us through Whatsapp the instructions to enter the room. The communication was very easy. Also the room was clean and the mattresses comfortable

Perfect for the airport

Easy taxi / Uber from the airport so perfect after a late night arrival when tired. There is a small mini market nearby that's open until midnight for a late night drink which was very welcome. Neighbourhood felt safe.

There isn't anything to do nearby in the evening, there are a couple of local bars, but really local!

Lack of windows, just a balcony door which didn't light the room enough in my opinion. If it's just for a night stay it's actually good. And the indoor lights were similar tone to sunlight which helped a bit.

Helpful host Ruben sent me details by whatsapp about how to get in as we were arriving very late. Conveniently located not too far from airport. Great value.

Had to drive up some narrow roads to get there. Room was a bit tight for the 4 of us but it was fine for one night.

Disappointing

Comfortable and clean.

On the website it said it was near the airport. It wasn't... it was 11km away in a residential street miles from anything. Owner wasn't there to meet me despite arrival time, I had to wait 30 mins for him. Difficult to get to train station the next day. All in all a bit weird, so even though the room was comfortable I wouldn't stay there again.

The accommodation is close to the airport.

Please be warned if you are looking for a good night rest. The “pension” is located in the middle of a building that is being occupied by permanent residents. Of course permanent residents occupy the appartments with a different attitude/schedule than tourists would that are looking for a relaxed and nice stay. We were woken up at midnight by residents returning from a night out (on a Tuesday), loudly talking and laughing in the corridors / running and hyper kids / slamming the doors. The appartement has paper walls, so it is easy to get disturbed by surrounding noises in the building. Also, the room holds no windows. Therefore it gets damp easily. Owner was very defensive when sharing our experiences. It seems to me this pension is just there for the easy/quick money, not to keep into account convenience for the tourists. Would not recommend!
