A good option for the Tabacalera venue and beach

The room is very well decorated and equipped. The shower is excellent, also the mirror and lighting in the bathroom is astonishing. The closet is ample enough and the host pays attention to the details (a 1.5L bottle of water, a nice clock/alarm, etc.). The check-in process went smoothly as well. The location isn't the best but it's still good (just 3 minute walk to the Tabacalera venue and 5 min walk to the beach). The area is quiet so you can rest easy. The price was unbeatable.

It is advertised as an apartment but this isn't totally true. What you actually get is just a room -with a kitchen in common areas just like many hostels- and a private bathroom but that's all. The kitchen maybe ok for a simple breakfast, but you won't feel comfortable trying to cook something elaborate in a non-private zone.

a nice apartment close to the beach and airport

A very pleasant apartment close to the beach and airport. Clean, spacious room with a modern bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and spices to prepare any meal. Large refrigerator. Great access from the airport by bus (about 15-20 minutes, bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment), at night by taxi for about 10 euros. Walk to the center about 45 minutes along the seaside promenade, access by metro or bus in a few/several minutes. Grocery stores are a 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend it, especially for people who have a late arrival and a very early departure.

I would add a commode/desk to the room; it would be useful to have more space to put small items.

Great value not far from the airport

+ About 10 minutes walk from the sea + Convenient for a short stay or early flight + Everything needed for a couple of days + Great price for what you get + Each room has a private bathroom (despite the kitchen is shared with other guests)

It’s on the ground floor, so windows face the street - not ideal for those who prefer more privacy, but overall a very good option for the price. * Cons (not about the apartment itself): Playa de la Misericordia didn’t feel very cozy or clean to me, as it’s surrounded by docks and the port. I personally liked Playa la Malagueta much more - though I visited in late October when it was quiet; in summer it’s 100% crowded.

Great value, clean and compact accommodation

Great place for a stopover. Excellent value for money. The interior was spotless, well designed and new. Area is residential and not touristy but safe and very easy to get into the centre. Would definitely use again if I’m in Malaga.

Fantastic facilities - great bathroom and shower pressure. Really good shared kitchen with everything we wanted.

Location was good but not central to the main area of Malaga- it was a 30 minute walk. But good location to one beach and grocery stores. Could hear some noise on the street at nighttime.

Pleasant room in a quiet neighbourhood.

Quiet neighbourhood

The shower ran cold after approx four mins and meant my husband had to have a cold shower. Some hair on bathroom tiles from previous guests. Shower drain needs unblocked as water filling up and overflowing the shower tray.

Good situation and excellent value.

The room was comfortable and the fixtures were of good quality. It was nice to have the use of the terrace where we were able to sit outside without jackets at 9pm in early March. The kitchen was well equipped. Not far from beach with good cheap place for breakfast on the way. Very close to the Automobile and Couture museum which we wanted to visit.

Struttura nuova e pulita, con tutto l’essenziale anche una cucina in comune

In tre momenti diversi abbiamo fatto la doccia e tutte e tre le volte dopo qualche minuto diventava fredda ghiacciata, non siamo riusciti a farci una rilassante doccia dopo una giornata al freddo e scaldarci un po’

Zona cómoda para aparcar, un poco decepcionante la entrada, pero una vez dentro cumple con todas las expectativas, se nos olvidaron unos paquetes en el armario, y nos los guardaron hasta la recogida, fueron muy amables

Piękny pokój, wygodne łóżka, możliwość całkowitego zaciemnienia pokoju (dobry sen, zwłaszcza że sprawnie działa klimatyzacja). Wygodna część wspólna na zewnątrz- chętnie korzystaliśmy z „tarasu” ze stołem. Czysto.

Bardzo przyjemna okolica. Jeśli polecałbym komuś wynajmowanie mieszkania w Maladze to właśnie tam.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób które preferują spokój ponad lokalizację w ścisłym centrum. Podczas mojego pobytu w październiku łatwo było znaleźć miejsce parkingowe (chociaż podejrzewam, że w szczycie sezonu może być z tym większy problem). Pokój był wygodny i czysty. Część wspólna była dobrze wyposażona i miło spędzało się tam czas. Okolica jest spokojna a sam budynek w którym znajduje się mieszkanie jest bardzo klimatyczny. wejście do mieszkania znajduje się na parterze więc nie trzeba było chodzić po schodach i dostęp do niego był bardzo łatwy.

Pokój był raczej dosyć mały więc jeśli planujecie dłuższy pobyt to warto się nad tym zastanowić.

una tortura

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana ed ampia disponibilità di parcheggi. Cucina ben attrezzata che permette di fare almeno la colazione presso l'appartamento con té e caffè messi a disposizione.

La camera numero 3, è spaziosa quanto basta, pulita, con un bel bagno e ben attrezzata, ma ha la finestra che si affaccia sulla strada, tuttavia l'isolamento sonoro è abbastanza efficace e la zona non è rumorosa, per questo non è opportuno tenere la finestra nemmeno parzialmente aperta ma, sfortunatamente, il condizionatore (indispensabile anche col clima di ottobre) una volta messo in funzione emette un ronzio periodico, simile a quello del suono di un citofono, che si ripete ogni 15 secondi. Il suono è più o meno intenso in funzione delle impostazioni di funzionamento,con un volume che varia da quello di un citofono di casa a quello dello stesso citofono che suona nella camera accanto. Questo suono è talmente fastidioso che è equiparabile alla famosa tortura della goccia d'acqua sulla testa, e non permette di prendere sonno. La cosa -anche peggiore- è che il suono si ripete ciclicamente anche con il condizionatore spento. Solo che la frequenza cala passando gradualmente da un trillo ogni 15 secondi a uno ogni 5 minuti, e poi, un paio d'ore dopo aver spento il condizionatore, diventa meno forte, arrivando a una ripetizione ogni 30 minuti. Ho avvisato a mezzanotte il gestore via Whatsapp, e la sua risposta è stata: "there is a pump inside the air conditioner that pumps out water. But when it is turned off, there should be no noise" senza nemmeno scusarsi, perché rileggendo la recensione di Andrea del mese di settembre, si vede come il difetto fosse già ben noto. Gli ho inviato due video dove si vede e sente benissimo la frequenza e l'intensità del disturbo uno con il condizionatore acceso ed uno col condizionatore spento. Ognuno tragga le sue conclusioni.

Alptraum - Unterkunft nur geeignet für einen kurzen Citytrip ohne Hotelanspruch

Das Hotel ist zunächst kein Hotel, sondern ein Zimmer innerhalb einer Wohnung in einem heruntergekommenen Mehrfamilienhaus, also ein AirBnB. Es gibt keinen Hotelnamen, nicht einmal eine Hausnummer, keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer meldet sich niemand, sondern es soll ausschließlich per WhatsApp an ein russisches Profil kommuniziert werden. Auch eine Ausweiskopie soll per WhatsApp an eine unbekannte Telefonnummer gesendet werden. Nur nach mehrfacher WhatsApp Reklamation erhielten wir einen Schlüsselcode, denn der Zugang zum Zimmer wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert. Nachbarn halfen uns. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, die Ausstattungsbeschreibung auf Booking.com entspricht nicht der Realität vor Ort, denn sie suggeriert nicht eine WG mit Gemeinschaftsküche, sondern ein in sich abgeschlossenes Apartment innerhalb eines Hotels. Barrierefreiheit ist nicht gegeben. Um das Haus herum ist keine Infrastruktur und mit ca 4km von der Altstadt entfernt ist die Lage bescheiden. Das Zimmer war überaus hellhörig, da auch die Geräusche aus dem Haus übertragen werden. Das Treppenhaus war derartig mit Zigaretten verraucht, dass es durch die Tür zog. Zudem hat die Klimaanlage regelmäßig laute Geräusche verursacht.

Instalaciones perfectas, una pena lo que rodea al alojamiento

La habitación está perfecta todo el mobiliario nuevo y con un diseño muy bonito, la parte común está igualmente nueva con zona para cocinar y comer, un patio para poder salir y usar sin problemas. El baño y la ducha están perfectos igualmente con un diseño muy elegante y muy bonito. Nos gustó el detalle de la cafetera y las cápsulas e infusiones durante todo el hospedaje en la cocina.

Me entristece tener poner un mal comentario sobre algo ya que las instalaciones por parte del propietario están estupendas y no hace justicia a la imagen exterior del bloque que no es la mejor. Como comentario malo y si reseñar aunque entiendo que no es culpa del propietario fue el olor tan fuerte a marihuana en la puerta de la calle y la zona común del bloque, lo pongo porque no fue solo un día, fueron los tres y es reseñable depende con quién viajes. Como ya he dicho una pena porque las instalaciones por parte del alojamiento son impecables.

Habitación cómoda a buen precio

Habitacion y baño totalmente reformados. Cama cómoda y ducha amplia y bonita. Fácil de acceder con el servicio de llaves en caja con código. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. Zona muy tranquila y con buenos bares y tabernas cerca, también de la parada de bus A que llega desde el aeropuerto en apenas 10-15 minutos.

Ojo con la descripción. Habitación en apartamento compartido de tres habitaciones.

La habitación está bien decorada y las zonas comunes aunque pequeñas son coquetas.

La habitación es correcta. El problema es que la descripción es engañosa, hace parecer que se trata de apartamentos y en realidad es un apartamento compartido con 3 habitaciones. Siendo común la cocina y un pequeño patio que llaman terraza. La cocina/entrada tiene alrededor de 15m2 y da directamente a las habitaciones .Por suerte no estuvimos casi en la habitación ni nos encontramos con otros huéspedes, solo tuvimos que escuchar a uno que ponía la lavadora a las 12.00 de la noche y no me imagino si a alguno le hubiera dado por utilizar la cocina... Esto dice la descripción: "Cada unidad cuenta con terraza con vistas a la ciudad, TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, zona de comedor, cocina bien equipada y baño privado con ducha, artículos de aseo gratuitos y secador de pelo. También se ofrece nevera, lavavajillas y horno, además de cafetera y hervidor." Como digo si buscas una habitación en apartamento compartido está bien. Pero en mi caso buscaba un apartamento y por lo tanto me siento engañado. En la fecha de reserva había apartamentos enteros por menos precio y unido a la descripción, pensaba que reservaba un apartamento. Espero que cambien la descripción.

El apartamento ha sido reformado y está todo nuevo, y la reforma se nota que está muy bien pensada. El aire acondicionado funciona estupendamente, y el baño es muy cómodo. Recomendado!

Allotjament modern i ben ubicat.

Allotjament completament reformat amb estil molt modern. El departament disposava de tot el necessari per cuinar i hi havia cafè en càpsules Nesspresso gratuïtes cada dia. La terrassa estava molt be per Asseure’s una estona a la tarda a prendre alguna cosa. Està aprop de la parada de metro i a una distància curta a peu de la platja.

Els llençols que hi havien (Duvet) eren d’hivern i a la nit feia molta calor. Potser caldria posar llençols d’estiu o deixar un joc a dins l’armari.
