Great value, especially for longer stays

Nice flat, about 12 minutes from the old town or the bars in the direction of Tribuna de Los Pobres, in a residential area. Very convenient buses that take you to the centre or near the beach. Even though there's 4 rooms, in the month I stayed there, I rarely ran into another person although I could occasionally hear them coming and going. Kitchen has everything you need. Sandra, who manages the property was extremely responsive. The Reebok gym is a 4 minute walk. The carrefour and dio grocery stores are both a few minutes away.

If you're staying longer term and intend to work from the flat, you'll want the room with the street view and AC. If you're here for a few days, then the rooms facing the inner terrace / courtyard thing is fine.

Happy time in Malaga

I spend two nights in Manrique Rooms and I enjoyed the time. The owner was helpful and the apartament had all the necessary equipments. Good location:)

All day and night I heard the noise. If you aren't going to stay during the day and used to sleep with earplugs it is a good option.

One night in double room

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The room was clean and i really like the balcony - it was like from computer game. The excess to the house it easy.

There was not a lot place in the room to open our big suitcase, and we have to do it on the balcony (it is not big deal). There is only little fan, but no air conditioner.

Good value for money

A bit away from the very center, but still is in the center. Clean place, shared bathroom and kitchen with 3 other rooms. Good alternative when you wish for privacy and central location, but not willing to pay for an expensive hotel. All needed facilities are nearby: public teansport, shops, cafes, restaurants. About 20 minutes walk to the beach area etc.

Very small window in the room which goes to inner small dark yard, which basically means there is no day light in the room at all, so you have to use electrical light 24h. Quite thin walls and narrow coridor, so you hear all that is happening outside your room. Quite small bathroom, so you have to be well organised with your washing routine 😀You have to call the property on your arrival and wait to get the instructions.

Very good

The location is good, 10 min walk from the center. Apartment is tidy and clean, and equiped with all needed. Sandra is a kind and polite person.

The owners have not pointed out that airconditioning in the common area was not functioning, which was unpleasant for us who did not have airconditioning in our rooms.

Decent place but A/C needed in the room

A 15 min walk from the main sights, friendly host, clean and decent sized common area with places for food storage.

No A/C in the room. There was a fan but it was not good enough to make us comfortable in 30+ degree weather. We did not sleep well as our room was incredibly stuffy and humid.

The place was very cosy, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped. The flat is close to shops, supermarkets and bus stops.

great place for city trip to malaga

Very tidy and clean room and bathroom. No street noise. Quick and easy walk downtown, less than 15 minutes to e.g. Plaza de la Merced. On request, easy change of check-in time. Friendly and helpful.

Location is good for rest, sleep and shower. Yes, a TV, other than that, no entertainment, or place outside to relax. Well, I did not need or expect any, and did not look in all honesty, Malaga centre was so close :-) For me, the bed was a bit hard. Did sleep very well though. I got what I needed and expected. For a very low price.

La habitación que tuve está muy. bien aire acondicionado, TV y la cama cómoda, la verdad estuve muy agusto

Vi un par de cucarachas fuera del piso en el pasillo, deberían de hacer un tratamiento contra ellas , por lo demás perfecto

Buen alojamiento a buen precio

La ubicación es buena, a tiro del Centro en autobús, buenas cafterias y supermercados cerca, algún vecino cutre en alrededores, el piso bien equipado, sabiendo que solo es una habitación compartiendo con unos pocos ell resto de la casa, la recepción y atención es buena.

Si tienes algún vecino gritón en los alrededores se oye todo, y eso en la Semana Santa ocurre.

Que no es céntrico como dice el anuncio ni está a 1.5km de la playa, son más de 2km y, al menos, 20 minutos caminando al centro.

Host molto disponibile e gentile. Pulizie giornaliere. 15 minuti dal centro. Cucina completa e lavatrice a disposizione.

Gli spazi comuni ed i bagni condivisi non la rendono una struttura adatta per chi vuole tranquillità e silenzio.

La cercanía con el lugar al que tenía que ir. La comodidad de la cama. La amabilidad de la dueña.

Se escuchaba a otros inquilinos hablar y escuchar música en el salón hasta las 00:00 y tenía que madrugar al día siguiente
