Really nice and comfortable

The room and shared spaces were great! We had the room with the balcony which was gorgeous at sunset. There was other people there but didn’t run into them and was able to use the kitchen and bathrooms with no inconveniences or waiting. It is also close to everything you need and corner stores nearby. Would visit again if we return to Malaga!

Was unsure of the area so we got Ubers at night time as we previously had stayed closer to the beach which felt a bit safer. First time in Malaga though so area might be fine!

Disappointing customer service, but price-quality rating is right.

- They let me stay in the living room while i was waiting to go to the airport for a late flight. - Smart Tv in the room. - Working AC in the room. - Nice shower. - Nice private balcony

- The only curtains in the room in front of the balcony door were broken, so all the light from outside wakes you up. It took me five days to get into contact with the so-called 24/7 customer service. All that they told me, was that they already ordered a new one. We had to come up with our own solution. - Also, i know it says in the description, but note that it’s a shared appartment. We didn’t see it when booking and were under the impression that we were gonna have our own living, kitchen and bathroom. - It’s a 30 minute walk to the city centre - The locks on the doors are horrible. They disfunction very fast, for example after showering, causing the door to lock you out in the hallway.

It was fine at the first 2 days without anyone

the flat was pretty

It was very far from almost everything and the buses were very slow and you had to wait for it a while, there are no big supermarkets around as well. The worst thing is that on Booking it seems that the flat is only for you but in reality you share the flat and the bathrooms with other people, it’s disgusting because not everyday someone goes and clean the flat in the morning, horrible…

If you don’t care about noise- it’s a good idea to stay there.

It’s was clean

It’s very noisy place, it’s noise not only during a day, it’s all night. You can hear motorcycles and cars from the road . All rooms have view to the road . So you will definitely hear this . I have to leave this place before 2 days my check out, because it’s was impossible to work or rest there even to sleep I found difficult. In addition, In the morning you will hear your neighbors how they cooking in the kitchen and having shower.

Casa completamente reformada.

Nos proporcionaron toda la información necesaria, en todo momento. No tuvimos ningún problema. La habitación perfecta para dormir. Dispone de aire acondicionado en toda la casa, incluso en la habitación.

La ubicación: un poco alejado del centro. Pero el barrio muy tranquilo.

Чистота, балкон, ціна. Дуже чисто в помешканні, на кухні та в туалетах. В одному з номерів (лише в одному!!!) зручний балкон. Відносно невисока ціна (<400 євро за 7 ночей) при достатньо високій якості.

Гучний транспорт на вулиці. Спати доводилось при зачинених вікнах.

No volvería ni lo recomendaría! Carísimo y información bastante confusa

Nos trataron muy mal y sin ningún tipo de empatía… no ofrecía todos los servicios que ponía y no buscaron ninguna solución. Al llegar tuvimos que limpiar todo porque estaba lleno de hormigas y un dolor horrible que desprendían los baños a cloaca que entraba en nuestra habitación. Suelos sucios y sin plancha

Un séjour agréable dans un appartement bien placé et pratique, avec la station de bus juste devant.

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre et facilement accessible. La station de bus se trouve juste devant la porte. La chambre était propre et lumineuse, et même si le lit était moyennement confortable. L’accueil et la communication avec le propriétaire ont été rapides et efficaces.

Il manquait un fer à repasser, ce qui aurait été pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. De plus, la porte de notre chambre (Umea) faisait beaucoup de bruit à l’ouverture et à la fermeture, ce qui était parfois gênant.

ganz schlimm, ich habe der Unterkunftgeber am selben Tag geschrieben und noch immer habe ich kein Antwort gekriegt, sie haben und für 6 Nächte ein schmutzige Handtuch pro person gestellt, war nicht sauber und wir hatten kein Decke!!! so kleines Zimmer, für ganze Klamotten hatten wir nur 2 Kleiderhänger und habe ich das gemeldet und brauchte mehr, aber wie gesagt NIEMAND war erreichbar für uns!!! Toilette und Badezimmer immer Schmutzig

Nie wieder! Dieses System ist alles nur kein Hotel da kann ich auch am Strand schlafen

Eigentlich war es ein Alptraum.

Am Türrahmen war oben ein Holz locker, dass mir auf den Kopf gefallen ist, die Dusche war verstopft und das ganze Wasser lief ind den Badezimmer-Boden welcher 10 Tage lang nach dem Duschen einer Partei (3 Parteien, da 3 Schlafzimmer) unter Wasser stand. Da Wasser war ständig vorhanden, womit keine Hygiene für die Füße stattfand. Das Badezimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen und wenn mein Nachbar nun der Meinung ist, dieses Bad auch nutzen zu wollen, stand er da, während ich duschte. Die Putzfrau hat mein Essen weggeworfen welches in meiner Box lagerte, die Lage war so schlecht, dass die nächste Gaststätte zu Fuß nicht erreichbar war. Einkaufen, oder Sehenswürdigkeiten, oder einfach nur Strand, nur mit dem Bus oder Taxi erreichbar. Internet ist für einen Tag komplett ausgefallen, bei 10 Tage Nutzung! Es befinden sich keine Schränke auf dem Zimmer, sondern einfach nur so Stoffregale, die völlig zu klein sind. Auf dem Bild ist ein Balkon abgebildet, der war real nicht vorhanden! Aufgrund des gestohlenen Essens habe ich mich beschwert und bekam stattdessen die Hausordnung, statt mir alles wieder zurückzugeben! Ich habe das ganze jetzt nur sachlich geschrieben, aber ich würde nie wieder dahin gehen, selbst für 10 € die Nacht nicht ! Zu diesem Zimmer braucht man echt Lust auf Abenteuer oder man muss Exhibitionist sein. Das meine Nachbarn ihren Tisch nicht sauber gemacht haben, an denen wir uns setzen wollten, habe ich hier nicht benannt.

N’Y ALLER SURTOUT PAS

Il n’avait rien de positif à cet établissement lorsqu’on voit les photos, on peut dire waouh super!! C’était une porcherie, tout était absolument sale !! Le store ne fermait pas impossible de dormir sans lumière Les salles de bain manquaient cruellement d’hygiène .. l’une d’elle, d’ailleurs ne ferme pas impossible de préserver son intimité!! Il y avait un problème d’évacuation d’eau, nous Circulions avec des tongs dans une mare d’eau, les odeurs étaient horribles!!! Nous ne sommes pas des voyageurs PÉNIBLES et nous sommes des gens simples, mais pour moi c’est du vol !!! L’évier ainsi que les sols des parties communes étaient vraiment sales!! D’ailleurs il y a déjà beaucoup d’autres commentaires, je vois d’autres gens se plaindre des mêmes choses, je vous déconseille formellement de vous rendre dans cet endroit.

C’était profondément sale très mal situé 20 minutes du centre-ville, contrairement à ce qu’ils disent dans l’offre.. très très mal agencé

Habitación completa y cómoda

El cuarto de baño, la habitación con su terraza, sus vistas, un sitio agradable y la habitación completa con el escritorio cómodo para estudiar y todo bien organizado

La persiana de nuestra habitación no bajaba, parece que no funciona y nos molestaba la luz de la farola por la noche. Y el baño uno de ellos no tiene pestillo y no podíamos entrar a ese baño porque no podíamos cerrar la puerta, así que teníamos que apañarnos toda la casa con un solo baño.

We hebben genoten van de stad maar zullen de volgende x een niet gedeelde flat boeken.

Perfecte locatie op 15 min wandelen van het centrum.

Het was voor ons niet duidelijk dat je de flat moest delen met vreemden.Dat kon beter aangegeven worden.Gelukkig hadden we 2 rustige koppels die de flat deelden ,maar we zorgden er wel voor dat we de ganse dag en avond weg waren wat heel vermoeiend was.Ook was er veel straatlawaai omdat er dichtbij wordt gebouwd.De flat was netjes .

Séjour agréable

L’appartement est propre avec toutes les commodités la chambre était spacieuse avec balcon, les voisins étaient discrets, c’était calme, on a bien dormi, le lit et les coussins étaient confortables, les serviettes étaient propres, seul bémol c’était un peu loin du centre-ville on devait marcher au moins 20 minutes à l’aller et surtout le retour qui était fatiguant mais bon en gros on a passé un agréable séjour.
