I never stayed there as when we reached we found out that the room have very bad smell of cigarette , dirty floors and rotten fringe which cause very strong bad smell as well I have pictures of all that , we contacted the owner and kept the keys and we left we didn’t stay not even one minute there . I raised a complaint and the owner said I have to contact booking and booking said I have to contact the owner so basically lost my money . Very bad this property should be removed from booking.com . And by the way we had to go and fetch they keys from another property

accomodation from hell, worst experience ever, totally brutal

worst esperience ever

everything was brutally bad, bathroom and shower falling apart, parts missing of the wall and the shower head, hair blood and yellow stains on the sheets, the wardrobe smelled like something very brutal, so all your clothes smelled like it too, outside door not closing, your door also barely hanging, people banging on your door in the night trying to break in, nobody was there no reception, no staff, no one, in the middle of nowhere as well in the outskirths of the city in a bad neighbourhood, loud neighbours and dogs barking 24/7as well, host doesnt reply and adress issues, they dont reply to booking as well so very brutal experience, when its too cheap to be true there is a reason, we left on the second day because it was unbearable and we are still waiting to hear if we will receive any reimbursement at all. accomodation from hell, i have never seen anything like this in my entire life, not even in horror movies, unreal

Lady, let me leave my bag when i arrived early. I don't speak Spanish, but she tried her best to communicate ,which she did, so thank you for that.

Unfortunately the rooms are so tired, not properly maintained, I dont think the price reflects the location and the condition of the hostel. I can go on . Maybe look at a professional maintenance person or lower the price.

There was no hot water, could not shower in the evening nor in the morning. Was made to wait outside the property half an hour unt someone came to receive us. Was traveling with some other friends and room bookings were not clear

Lack of minimal equipment in bathroom. No gel, no shower head, shower water shield insufficient… There were almost no one to receive us, we did see the clean personnel and they were the ones telling us our room and how the venue work…

nothing, was a joke. dirty place they don’t change bed sheets apparently that’s aloud because they are a pension.

we never got our money refunded. the staff are so rude. we asked for new bed sheets and they fail to give one. So I took pictures and left and we never got refunded and instead they accused me of taking the keys and decided on not paying us any money back

Passable

The floor of the bathroom was wet (sink and WC lost water), insufficient space in the bathroom to hold the clothes. In the room there was the essential only (no table and no chair) and the little bin was dirty (when I removed the plastic bag with the garbage I saw that the bin was not cleaned). In any case they will probably fix soon the problem of the bathroom soon and it will improve a lot the quality of the service. Staff is polite and efficient, they prompts provided me the information.

Wouldn’t stay again but fine for a night if you need something cheap!

Communication was really good, we had no trouble getting in.

The beds were really uncomfortable, the floor was dirty, the shower ran out of hot water after 3 minutes. It was extremely cheap so we weren’t expecting a lot, but I’ve stayed at much nicer hostels for the same price.

Friendly staff. English speaking staff. Lot of space. Toilet paper gets flushed. (That is rare in Spain).

There was someones hair on the bed sheet. Window was towards hall, not towards outside of building.

Passable

The room, bathroom and corridors were very clean. The host arrived just after I got there, which was good. I asked the host to order a cab for me for the next morning as I’m not Spanish and the cab arrived. Which I was grateful for.

I chose this property because it was reasonably priced and stated that it was 3 km from the airport but by vehicle it’s about 10 km from the airport. It cost me quite a lot in taxi fares which defeated the object for a reasonably priced accommodation close to the airport. The accommodation was basic but ok for a stopover. It was noisy inside and outside the building. I had difficulty locking the door to my room and then I found myself struggling to get out of the room ( Not great in case of an emergency).There were cigarette burn marks on the small bedside unit and the curtain rings were broken. These are small details but do bring the standards down. Maybe a small map of the areas would be nice as I didn’t have a clue were I was exactly. Yes the room did have a tv but there were no batteries in the remote control (Really). I personally wouldn’t stay there again but I am a female solo traveller, this would of been better for a couple. The price of the room was also the same for one or two persons.

Location to far from malaga central. Room very claustrophobic no natural light. No toilet paper provided. Mould in shower. Water leaks from shower when in use causing a slip hazard. Dripping shower throughout the day/night.

Easy check in. Short taxi ride from the airport. Fairly comfy bed. Basic facilities, but did the job for a one night stay. Room was clean with very good air conditioning.

It is not far from airport, so you won't pay too much for taxi (20€). You could check-in late in the night. For one night it is ok.

The room was not very clean (I found some black hair in the bathroom and in the bed - not mine, Im blonde). Walls are very thin, you could hear every noise. Furnishing was old, not very clean in general.
