It was an excellent reasonably priced place to stay with access to the old town and airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
The only issue I had with the location was it was difficult to get and uber or taxi because of its residential location.

Host was very helpful, accommodations were clean and simple and a good value. It was possible to open a window for air. There was some outdoor space very close that was nice, with benches.
You do hear people coming and going.

Not much. Very noisy in front room. Smell of dampness.
Dingy place, scary for my grand children.
Needs fan in the rooms, the air conditioning too loud.
