Las Rosas

Pension Las Rosas is located in the southern suburbs between Malaga and Malaga Airport. It's more of a commercial rather than residential area. We knew this before booking and selected Las Rosas for its proximity to the airport and car hire companies. Another reason for booking was the cost, which is lower than the Malaga town centre or airport accommodation. Our room was fairly basic but of acceptable standard. The parts of the building which we saw were very clean to the point that the smell of cleaning products was quite prevalent. The en-suite was functional and adequate but poorly ventilated. We were pleased to have air conditioning. At no point did we meet or speak to any member of Las Rosas staff. There was no reception desk. All communication was done on-line. One aspect that potential guests should be aware of is the lack of eating places within walking distance. We breakfasted at the nearby courtyard restaurant at Hotel Romerito. A big plus is that the number 20 bus can be caught into Malaga old town centre from close to Las Rosas. Single fare is under 2 Euro and the service rund regularly. Overall, satisfactory but not especially memorable. A place to sleep for a couple of nights.

Close to the airport, good value for a stay close to the airport

Not walkable to anything but close to public bus and not far from the beach. Easy taxi ride. There’s nothing I didn’t like.

It was an excellent reasonably priced place to stay with access to the old town and airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The only issue I had with the location was it was difficult to get and uber or taxi because of its residential location.

Room 6 is ok, beds were good.

It’s not a Hotel per say, it’s a rental. Location is far from main area of Malaga, but closer to airport. There are no usual equipments, like a hotel has, like a kettle or so. Door frames are loose at the bottom maybe so there were cockroaches when we entered the room. It’s bot the worth of 100EUR for one night which I paid. Shower is too small area.
