Great price/quality close to the airport

Good hotel with a good price/quality which is close to the airport. We did just a quick night there before leaving super early the next morning back home. It did the trick, but it isn't really close to the main city centre.

It's quite far from the city centre if this is what you are looking for.

Very good stay. Facilities very high standard, clean , quiet and close to Victoria Kent station.

Only thing, which they probably cant do anything about, is that the doors slam very loudly, which means you can heard the people going in and out along the corridor quite loudly. Woke up at some point very early morning as I guess someone was checking out super early.

Not going to Stay there again for their poor Service

The location is not very conveniente, since I was there during the Santa Week and all the three bus lines' service had made some changes due to the events during the week. So sometimes I have to wait a lit bit in order to get the bus to go to the city center or come back. But this also means that you will stay in a very quiet area, which for me is a good point at night for the sleep. The facility are quite good as it seems to be a newly built building, all things are modern and convenient to use. The bed is especially comfortable!

The mini-kitchen in the room doesn't have any cooker, only one microwave which makes it difficult to cook some simple food, for example, boiled eggs. And they don't provide dish detergent and dishcloth, all of which looks like they don't want people living inside to cook. Another thing is, they don't provide hairdryer in the room, and they only have one to borrrow for more than 200 rooms!!! When I complained this to their staff and manager, their attitude was so bad that they just tried to avoid taking any resposibility about this. Showing no willing to improve their service! I was not mad at that I didn't have a hairdryer to use and had to buy myself one later, but at their attitude as a team to provide service. When I suggested them next time they should remind people regarding this in order for them to bring their own hairdryer, they just kept saying that there was nothing they can do about that. Last but not the least, there's no device to contact the reception in the room, I had to go in person everytime I need something from them, which obviously is not convenient at all as well. One day after I took shower, I found that the cleaning staff didn't put a new shower towel in my room but a normal towel (small one), and I couldn't ask for a new one since there's no phone in the room to contact them and I coudn't go there naked but using the small towel.
