Basic and functional stay

Basic and functional stay for one night at a reasonable price. Helpful host.

Parking is very hit and miss. But the main road nearby is closed for major works so perhaps that might not have helped.

It was a lovely couple of days in Malaga.

We stayed in the loft apartment, which was great and sufficient for our needs. It was clean, and the location is great - close to shops. Jorge and Grace are both lovely hosts. Jorge explained everything very well starting with instructions on how to get into the place and how everything works once we got there. I didn’t pay attention to how the heating system works on a coin etc and stupidly used up the amount included in the booking our first evening. As we had no cash Grace generously came over and gave us a coin for the heating the next evening. It was a pleasure to stay at their accommodation. They were both very approachable and thoughtful. The only thing I would mention to improve our stay are the pillows they were uncomfortable and just nothing to them.

It is definitely worth it and hopefully I will come back with my family!

The rooms are comparatively quiet and very clean. All is organized in a good way (entry instructions, keys for the room, waste sorting etc.). Enough kitchen utensils for cooking; every room has its own shelve in the fridge. There is one internal terrace and a great rooftop terrace!

Kitchen is super tiny, so it is impossible for two persons to make the dinner at the same time. Sound isolation of the rooms is not perfect so one can hear when a neighbour closes their own room at the corridor.

All good & more for a single person stay.

Lots of little extras in the communal areas, like soap,shampoo/conditioner in the shower. A fully stocked kitchen for you to self cater.Ease of entry & keys. Info & guidence on walls. Contact was a call or message in good time. Lots of shops nearby or a short walk.

Paking is awkward, add extra time to find a parking spot. The motion sensor lights timing was too short.

Quite a walk from the centre, with a very small room.

The room and facilities were clean.

The room was very small, without sufficient space to put our bags. The rooms are all quite close to each other, so you might hear the other guests. The location is further from the center than we expected - it was about a 30 minute walk.

Recommendations/suggestions

Everything is well described and taken care of, all house appliances, supplies, and facilities are clean and available, the price is competitive and worth it.

I recommend having more than one key for the house and the room.. also a mosquito device would be great.. the wall fan is not effectively working.. although there is a ceiling fan and paid A/C. I also recommend mentioning the quiet hours so we know when to be careful of making any noise.

Good value stay in Malaga

Price: great value stay for two people to share and have basic essentials Location: close to central Malaga, can walk from the airport shuttle Other amenities: there is a supermarket very close to the apartment, which is perfect for getting some food when you don't have time to go out to a restaurant. The kitchen in the apartment was pretty well equipped, and enough spaces for you to eat at the same time as other guests but still have your own space.

Possibly my only negative comment would be you need coins for the air conditioning, which even in October is an absolute must. But the cost of the aircon itself is fine, just a few euros to last the whole night.

Excellent city break

We stayed here in a private room for 4 nights. Everything about it was excellent and as advertised. It was clean and tidy, and very well looked after. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable with clean linen and towels. The room had A/C a tv with plenty of choice in English channels. The wifi worked well. It was 2 mins away from a supermarket and only 5 minutes in a taxi t9 Malaga centre. Excellent value for the price. We will be back.

The Loft was perfect for us, a mini apartment with everything you needed for a few days in Malaga and being able to park on the street was a plus.

The cleanliness, the fully equipped kitchen including everything like tea/coffee. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The host was very helpful.

Good location in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Around 20 minutes walk from the city center. Bigger apartment than expected. Very well equipped, there is even a laptop that guests can use. Owners reply fast. Detailed instructions for hassle free entry

Convenient, cosy and friendly stay

Cute shared apartment with wonderful hosts. We met lots of lovely people here travelling. We stayed here two weeks. Facilities were great and allowed us to cook and relax each day. Bathrooms were always clean. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. We really appreciate it! Thank you :)

There was everything that we needed.

Toilets could be cleaner but obviously it has been said that cleaner come only once a week and it depends of how much other guests will clean after themselves.

We didn't really enjoy all the facilities of the home, we were out travelling. It's ok, but cold

A lot of features available to use, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen appliances. The self check in is helpful if you are checking in very late as we did. The nights were quiet, from inside of the house and also from outside.

With no central heating available, the rooms are very cold in the winter. The only heating method available was the AC unit which functioned pretty well, but is closed behind a paywall, if you do not have any more euro coins, you go to sleep in a cold room... The marble floor also didn't help. For the amount of money we paid, outside the season, I guess heating should be offered at no cost. Do not get me wrong, I have no problem with the coin machine, but this solution is not viable, because every night the room gets cold again, you cannot really sleep with the AC just above your head making weird noises.

Comfortable stay in Malaga

The appartment was very clean and comfy, and with a kitchen that has all the basic stuff you need, free coffee and tea available that you can enjoy in a nice terasse and balcony. The appartement is very well managed with clear instructions I was able to checkin late night easily. All this at a very reasonable price. The location is good as well, around 15 minutes walk to the center. I really recommend.

I did not like the machine for air conditioner, if you want to use it you need to pay! They had an old device which is not inverter technologie, so it takes a lot of electricity to work, therofore the owner decided to put a "coin machine" in order to use it. For 1€ you get 2 hours, which I find to expensive. I hope they will exchange the apliances in the house for more modern and cost effective ones ;)

Disappointing

The shared-bathroom was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was not suitable for 3 people, it didn’t have enough space. The house is very warm and far away from the center, around 30 min walking.

-Helpful and clear instructions about self-check'in -Very clean, room and communal areas. For me no need aircon, with the fan i was completely fine sleeping. -Amazing and relaxing rooftop terrace, in the middle of all the houses an oasis and place to chill. However, i just discovered it after my second night since I didnt see a sign that its on the uppet floor. I thought that floor would belong to other neighbours but no, seems like the whole house is for guests only. -Basic kitchen ingredients like oil, vinegar, spices etc are provided. -many outside areas in the house. -shampoo and shower gel in bathroom I had a very good stay and would definitely come.back my next time.

-yes, you need to walk little bit to the old town. But for mw no problem because the area is calmer and more authentic.
