Cozy clean rooms neat the old town

Good location, helpfull hosts. Clean feeling.

The stay was pleasant and enjoyable, everything very nicely organised.

The accommodation was nice, modern and clean. We enjoyed our days in there.

This room shares a wall with one of two bathrooms. We were lucky to have amazing “neighbours” who did not use this bathroom during the night so we were fine but imagining the opposite we would definitely not have a great night.

A modern, spotless place with convenient amenities and an easy check-in process.

• The apartment is very modern and exceptionally clean. • Check-in was simple, with clear and straightforward instructions. • Having both a washing machine and a dryer was extremely convenient. • The room was comfortable, and while one mattress was quite soft, the other one suited me better.

The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard easily. If you’re sensitive to sound, this is something to keep in mind.

The property is clean, tidy and quiet despite its size. Location is not that far from the city’s centre and beach. I had an issue accessing the property but was resolved quickly so communication with its management was good.

We stayed in room Kemi. The room was clean but the bed mattress was not that good as it had a couple of loose areas ( its springs might come off it) so it might need replacing.

Decent accommodation

Decent location, you can walk into the centre in 10-15 minutes. Easy to contact people from property on WhatsApp. Shared spaces kept clean. You can use the washer if necessary.

Expensive for what it is (shared accommodation) One of the toilets clogged twice while we were there and the shower flooded. Walls are very thin so you can hear people in other rooms/ people entering & leaving the apartment. There was no oil to cook, pepper etc.

Poor Communication – Left Completely Unsupported

Awful customer service. No one replies to questions or messages. I received lots of AI-generated automated responses, but never any actual answers to my inquiries about the property — including when I had an issue during my stay. My messages are still unanswered. Something to be very aware of, as you won’t receive any real support once you've paid. The bed was making a lot of noise and needs replacing, old pillows. Shared bathrooms with another 3 rooms.

Dissapointing Experience

Unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied with my stay. The listing on Booking.com did not "clearly" indicate that the accommodation is "shared" including shared bathroom facilities, which was disappointing and should have been made more explicit. The neighbourhood felt quite run-down and visually uninviting, and I regretted not choosing something closer to the town centre. I also found the keypad access to the bedroom quite inconvenient particularly because it relies on remembering a 6-digit code, which can be an issue if your phone battery dies and you haven’t memorised it. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place for a reasonable price

It was very clean, bright and comfortable. We had a spacious room with enough light. It has all appliances that we needed for the stay. Everything looks like new. Also it’s located in a good neighborhood and very close to the old town.

Really nice location right next to the city center

Really nice rooms with all the needed facilities. The location is quite convenient, but still a bit far away from the loud and busy main streets. Overall I'd totally stay again.

Nothing big to point out. My TV remote control had no batteries. The bedsheets were a bit small so they kept detaching all the time.

Good for the price you pay

A place mainly for one night stops. The kitchen have everything you need. Two bathrooms. We had a Netlifx on the TV in the room. The beds are comfy. The rooms are just 3 or 4.

The walls are thin, you can hear when the other people are moving around or talking.

Clean, modern, but loud

The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The beds were rather small and not very stable. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin and we got quite often woken up by the other guests using bathroom early in the morning or late at night. I do not recommend for light sleepers.

Great budget option to stay with a friend or partner to explore Málaga for a few days.

Within walking distance of the bus station and the old town. We thought the beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. We also liked that each room had an individual box in the fridge and pantry to keep their food. The keypads with codes to enter the apartment were very convenient. And we liked the decorations and style of the apartment!

The listing could be more transparent about letting guests know that the apartment has shared bathrooms. We knew this before arriving, but it could be easily missed because it's difficult to find this information in the listing. This may be important to some guests, so I think it should be made more clear! Also, you can hear the other guests in the apartment because there isn't much soundproofing.

Flat awesome, logistics and comms not in line with the price paid

The overall communication from the moment of booking until getting into the room was slow and not detailed enough, also it overall seemed very cold and automatic. They give you shampoo and coffee, but you have to buy your own detergent for the washer although you can use the washer for free (?), plus they dont note anywhere they have washer, I almost went to a public one bcs also bcs they were not answering. And they could have told me I have to buy the detergent, I had to go our again and pff.. They were not giving me the code to enter the flat up until an hour or 2 before arriving, and didnt give feedback why, although I responded quickly to their msgs and asking if all was good on my end. Not being flexible in leaving luggage a few hours after check out, they to communicate that from the beginning multiple times though!! They tell check in is after 14h, but they dont tell u 13.45 you cant enter bcs the codes wont work, and the wheather was awful, I was just 15mins early

Very good

The room was pretty comfortable with great accesses. Very easy to walk to the main attractions. Super clean, it offers you Netflix which is always a must, bathrooms pretty clean (it seems you are in your own house, really liked it), besides I didn’t use it, the kitchen is very cute with some accessories and for someone who wants to cook, seems very useful and clean!

Even with the a/c the room was very cold. The bed is next to the window and once it has just one glass (not double), even with the AC on I felt very cold during the night (we all know the weather this winter is insane). It’s also a pity the walls being so thin, you can hear everything from the outside/ other rooms. Overall, besides these little things, I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

Location is perfect and it is very clean.

I am not a peeky person, but heating system is so loud, you should definitely do something about it. When you turn it on, windows are shaking and I think that whole building hear them.

I like the location, close to shops, 10 min walk to Historical Center, 25 min walk to the beach. Also, nice kitchen and bathroom, area pretty quiet.

Very good

Good central location. It was only an 11 minute walk to the city centre but had plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The room was perfect size and I liked the added touch of free earplugs (even though I didn't need them) and coffee and a bottle of water. Netflix was also available in the room which was great. I also liked the decoration of the whole floor - lovely plants in every corner! The cleaner came every day (even Christmas day) so even though it was a shared bathroom, it was clean. There were kitchen facilities and a fridge available too. Communication was great too - Mariya kept in touch by whatsapp and email and answered any queries immediately.

This was completely my fault but I didn't see that the rooms were not en-suite. It wasn't too much of a problem as there are only 4 apartments and 2 bathrooms (cleaned every day) but an en-suite would have been nicer.

Few nights over New Years

The actual instructions for check in were good, The rooms are decorated nicely, it was very clean,Wifi was great and TV channels good,

It was super noisy as the shared kitchen doesn't have a door you could hear everything, there was a little kid running about all night, the dryer was on and after 1am, The rooms were freezing cold with no heating and in winter in Malaga its 5degrees.There were 2 bathrooms, once was better but one we used had a small shower head and really cheap and broken, the towels give were thin like paper and small,Over 20 messages regarding the complicated check in process of sending selfies and passport uploads to a random website. Advice; Get better towels, Make self check in easy, Get a new shower head, put some heating in the rooms at winter

Right beside the beautiful city of Malaga Central, the Christmas lights 5 minutes away. The shops oh my the lovely shops

There are a lot of stairs and no lift. Not close enough to a beach for me. a destination for the welll travelled.
