Staff and location close to the beach and restaurants. Veronica on reception was great. Nothing was too much trouble and service with a smile was appreciated.

The staff were always friendly and approachable.
My room was basic but very clean.
There was a kettle and toaster in the kitchen area, together with a vending machine for drinks and snacks.
Hotel close to the beach; 30mins walk into the City; on a bus route to/ from airport and City Centre.
Unfortunately it was a bit noisy in the evenings when other guests were totally inconsiderate of others, talking loudly and letting doors bang.

Location was good. The rat in the alley could be seen as a bonus. Secure garage was welcome. Staff made great suggestions for eating lunch.
