The amazing Terazza with nice view to ocean and mountain, relatively clean ( but the cleaning staff never did clean shelf’s or mirrors or in little corners. The working staff - except the owner - are very open, kind and hostel lifestyle minded! The owner isn’t as we could never play music watching tv and even when ALL guests are in the living room we had to shut off light! It’s a nice to cook kitchen eve tho it’s small, they gave effort to keep the kitchen always clean and the hangout area. I really appreciate Pablo and his extraordinary kindness and backpacker- family- sense! He’s an exceptional manager!
The property was had one big hangout area which was actually the dining room. People have no entertaining like music, no tv, it is too boring and cold for hanging out there without drinking or playing on phone for days if it’s raining! Absolutely no hostelvibe! WE created some kind of vibe only because people started to drink alcohol day by day which isn’t a great review point. The rules are middle-aged and not backpacker free life minded.
I was not permitted to work as cleaner ther, cause my Spanish is basic lol but there was a receptionist who couldn’t speak a single word English!

Walking distance to beach and bus stop to attractions and port area. Bathrooms were clean. Provided digital code to enter/exit hostel.
Seventy plus stairs up to hostel but knew ahead of time. More of backpacker party hostile but could be what you want. Guest didn’t keep their area organized. A little loud for me due to the day room was in close proximity to rooms.

The kitchen is fully functional and the terraza is nice.
The owner treatened me with a fight when I asked for a refund due to not being able to sleep causw they let 2 people fight for the whole morning. Another girl left before her days were finished because she felt unsafe about some men there. The shower only had cold water and the smells in bathrooms and rooms is horrendous. There were guess openly smoking weed in the living room and the kitchen had people clearly drunk.

You have to request to turn on the A/C otherwise not. I stayed two night and first night I was almost sweating. Location is close to the beach but 20 mins walk from central , 5 mins by bus. Offer black coffee in the morning. Towel is free
Need to clean properly

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I was in the female dorm that had private bathroom which was great. What was a great surprise for me that all the people were very quiet and respectful which I really needed at the time. The hostel is located very close to the sea.
The place could be a bit more cleaner.

It felt like a luxury hostel. They thought of so many details and little facilities to improve the experience. I was so impressed. I loved the rack where people can leave unwanted stuff. I used a beach umbrella from the rack.
Not enough hooks to hang all the towels and clothes.

The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was lovely and the view from the terrace beautiful. Walking distance to beach and central area.
The all female room had a person living in the Hostel, which is ok, but she had all of her belongings everywhere. The other females in the room were also a bit uncomfortable and left a day early. She kept the room closed up and dark all day and I didn’t feel comfortable turning on the lights because she stayed in her bunk most of the day.

The location. It’s not in the city centre but close to the beach so enjoyed the beach a lot, and is in quiet area so I could sleep very well. Also the staff are all nice, welcoming. You can ask any questions about travelling and they are willing to help you.
70 steps stairs, but can’t complain if the view from the terrace is like that!

This hostel exceeded my expectations — cozy rooms, friendly vibes, and a great common area where it’s easy to meet fellow travelers. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with local tips. It’s the perfect base for an unforgettable trip!

Nice place, close to the beach. Staff very lovely. Nice shared kitchen with free coffee and a decent lounge area and terrace.
The dormitory was one of the lower values I experienced in my travels.
No aircon in the room, only a very average ceiling fan, so room was so stuffy in early July. Beds squeeky and above beds don't have curtains so zero privacy if you get an above bed. I also had a very loud snoring roommate - really a full-on loud expression. There is of course nothing the hostel can do about that, but it just added to an overall poor night experience.
Quiet time is meant to be from midnight, but the terrace was still super loud around 1.30am, smashing glass and what not.
When I was there it felt like a party hostel with punters in their very early 20s setting the general tone.
Toilets next to the room were not in the best shape, but there were other options a few corridors away.
I think that all in all it's a passable place to spend the night, but charging 30Eur for that is really pushing the envelope, should be more like 10-15 Eur and then all would be good.

At first sight the hostel was nothing special, good value for the money. But in the next second it becomes so much more. It’s all about people that work there. They make u feel like you’re there family, doesn’t matter if u are staying for a night or a week. The always singing Diego takes care of the good mood, then there’s Ana always with a smile on her face, Nico … and all the others. They’re always there for all the stupid questions or just a random talk. With their warmth and positive energy they bring the best out of the guests staying there and that’s why the atmosphere in hostel is so nice❤️ And I haven’t even yet metioned my favourite spot - a terrace with an amazing view. Could stay there for hours.

The excellent view and lovely location.
Somewhat quirky and utterly charming building designed to capture the sea breezes in the heat of summer. There was also the blessing of curtains for the beds.
I hope they will eventually replace the IKEA metal bunk beds for a more solid solution. That design is too low, tight and rickety for adults, making it impossible to sit up to use one's device.

This hostel has a lot of space to chill out in, the terrace with sea view, the dinning room are the lounging sofa area. The big kitchen is well equipped and has an oven.
The rooms are great with comfy beds and A/C also sockets by beds. Everywhere is kept beautifully clean.
What I love the most is that staff are always so welcoming and kind which creates a beautiful atmosphere that helps you enjoy your stay even more.
there was nothing I didn’t like.

Location is good, close to the beaches.
Convenient to travel to Coach Station and Train Station.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There are enough WC/shower rooms and thus no need to worry about the queue.
I like the common area the best,
I did not expect climbing up the stairs are required.
So, next time I may avoid luggage case but backpacks would suit better.
There were renovation works that I was not aware of too.

I like the location but the staff aren’t helpful enough.
I had my late checked in luggage delivered in the morning but the staff didn’t let me know by calling or texting me. When I’m back, a male staff advised me that my luggage have not arrived yet and he was there the whole morning. When I left, I keep o. Texting to check if it arrives till I ended up going back to the airport. The airline personnel says it was delivered already and she called only to find out it was there. The male staff misled me takes my limited time at Malaga miserable. The owner don’t have good staff. They need to be trained or they can make guest vacations miserable.

Good location, very nice staff! Mini shop and beach some minutes of walking away. Nice view from the terrace.
The hygiene is just not really my level of standard. Blonde hair on the bed (I'm afro...), very few toilets for so many people and the get dirty quickly, the beds are really squeaky and mine was terribly uncomfortable, I felt every spring individually. There was no cover for the blanket, just a sheet to put between the body and the blanket. Not many opportunity to work on the laptop comfortably in the community area. There are a lot of stairs to carry a big bag all the way up to the rooms.
