I love the fact that if you are on a late flight and you land after 20:00pm you are given a virtual key to enter the building and that really was a bonus for me. Also, the newest and how it was very innovative and modern and the facilities were exceptionally good. The reason I said exceptionally good is because once I was in my room I thought the air con was on, because it was on green and I thought at some point I was feeling cool breeze from it but then as I was sleeping at night it was very warm and I had to be using my own fan. However, after two days I reported it, the first time the receptionist said it was meant to be on a blue light rather than green and that now it was working so I was happy. The same night I went to sleep thinking it’s on blue now but why am I still burning up. The next morning the other lady came to look at another room and I told her what was happening and she then said she will call the text. So I said I will be going out and the receptionist asked if they had permission to enter my room and I said yes. So upon my arrival back from my outings I came back in the room and it was cool the air con was now working, which I was really happy about. They are very quick to sort things out and they also respond with urgency so you do not need to wait long. Also most of the staff speak English so it helped a lot. Also, it was very clean and tidy and spacious. Also it was very close to the bus stop to get you straight into the city, also very close to a cafe that served really nice breakfast (not English breakfast though). I also enjoy the pool and the view it was a beautiful place and the location is amazing.

I did not like the fact that they do not have a restaurant, also that the air con is not on automatic. Also the vending machine at reception had limited options you could chose from and it was not so straight forward, I mean you can ask reception for help but if you are there on the weekend you will not see reception because they do not work on the weekend. Also the cafe for breakfast does not open on the weekends, so if you need food you have to catch the bus to the nearest town village which is 5 minutes or less bus ride and walking was 17minutes each way.

I really liked this. It was the best experience. The rooms are clean and exceptional.
