Vasyl met us and let us in, we kept in contact prior as we were arriving by train which was delayed.
The property was spotless and nicely decorated, each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a lift that takes you directly into the property (used it for luggage but it was quite small and I'm claustrophobic).
Location is good, less than 10 minutes from the main station and the metro station is 100 yards away. Taxi to the marina was €8. The shopping at the rail station was excellent and there's a shopping mall next to it.
Handy supermarket round the corner
They do ask for a cash security when you arrive, although unusual it was all above board. I suspect they may have had a few visitors who have trashed the place so its security for them.
We were there in Feb March and a lot of the restaurants in the area appeared closed so you had to go into the old town for food.
Water in the shower could have been hotter but that was personal preference.

Unpleasant customer service from owner. Beds sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. Ground floor apt so we got cigarette buts in the outside seating area. Check-in after midnight costs €30-50 which must be paid in cash, requiring me to drive in circles in the middle of the night looking for a cash machine. These charges are hidden in the 'Additional information' rather than clearly in the main description. The owner was also quite rude when I tried to cancel due to this surprise charge. Parking is available, but it's EXTREMELY tight to get in and out so you'll probably need someone outside the car to guide you into the spot and prevent you from hitting the wall.
