Great location for access to airport and Malaga centre, at reasonable price

Very noisy, you have to sit on the bottom bunk of the bed to watch the big tv, no living room and the lift for the floors above backs onto the bedroom wall where your head is, it says sound proofing in the listing, I’m a builder to trade, there’s no sound proofing anywhere

Great staying!

We rented two apartments for a group of seven, and we were really pleased with the two bathrooms. The beds were quite comfortable, and the spacious living room was a nice touch. The location is excellent, with the metro, a supermarket, and various restaurants all within walking distance. However, we had a big car and couldn't find parking at the apartment. Fortunately, the owner provided us with a key to another garage that was just a less than five-minute walk away—super convenient! Although we didn't utilize the fantastic rooftop, it looked incredible. Our host was very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It was clean and well supplied. Parking and aircon and an outdoor space which is what I was looking for. A bit of a walk to the centre but right by the underground which was great when we didn’t want to walk in the heat.

I think the term luxury and a 5 star rating is a bit misleading. While it had everything we needed, the decor is a bit dated and a bit tired looking. And there was a lot of ants in the property.

We loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Thank you for leaving coffee. We also loved the patio area. The air conditioning was wonderful. The parking spot available was an added bonus. Thank you! Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

The whole apartment was great. The roof terrace was a super bonus. Not far from the beach. Metro station close by if you wanted to go downtown. Train station within walking distance

Very spacious, clean and sunny apartment. It is on the second floor, but there is an elevator available. Very secure. Big terrace with sunchairs on the rooftop. They had a washing machine, two bathrooms, each with its own shower. Welcoming hosts!

An oasis in a busy city

Wonderfully modern, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, a great hot shower, subway across the street and grocery store 2 blocks away. The back bedroom is very quiet. The outside patio is a wonderful sitting area. We were left a small bottle of champagne to toast our arrival and bottled water. The wifi was great, the television had Netflix. The apartment is in a great area, very safe locks, cameras, doors. Gorgeous kitchen area for cooking. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend this place!

I wouldn't book here again

Unpleasant customer service from owner. Beds sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. Ground floor apt so we got cigarette buts in the outside seating area. Check-in after midnight costs €30-50 which must be paid in cash, requiring me to drive in circles in the middle of the night looking for a cash machine. These charges are hidden in the 'Additional information' rather than clearly in the main description. The owner was also quite rude when I tried to cancel due to this surprise charge. Parking is available, but it's EXTREMELY tight to get in and out so you'll probably need someone outside the car to guide you into the spot and prevent you from hitting the wall.

In general we are very happy, thank you! Everything is well thought Rich kitchen equipment Good heating system (we stayed in February) Very clean. Apartment was cleaned once more in the middle of our one week stay. But even that was not necessary Cozy atmosphere Private ground terrace Area is a bit far away from city center, but in a walkable distance and I felt safe there. Also shops are nearby. Beach and restaurants only 5-10 minutes to walk Not even a tiny thing was missing. Including towels, hair dryer. Even a blender is provided in the kitchen.

There is only one big issue - it's the mattress. It's just terrible. You just sleep like in a deep hole. Other small disadvantages are: Cold boiler setting for shower Small parking space. For me it was ok, but if you have longer car than a vw polo type - it will simply not fit

Superb

We had a very comfortable stay and the location is brilliant- about 10min from the main rail and bus stations with super fast connection to the airport (12min train). Central Malaga is about 30 min walking distance but you can also take the tube. The flat is very well equipped with everything you may possibly need ( we were very happy about the washing machine) and the whole property was exceptionally clean. There is a lovely courtyard/garden which we used to store our bikes. The pictures don't do it justice- lovely stay.

The check in can be a little uncomfortable as you have to contact the property that you are there( this can be hard if you are coming from abroad and don't have data or wifi connection). We would have preferred if there was a keybox to access the property.

Very clean apartment,everything you might need for cooking/washing/cleaning was there. On site parking is very tight as we had a big car, but still good.

We had a terrible experience with hot water as the lady (who checked us in) claimed that polish family who stayed before us done something with the boiler and when we came back home in the evening there was only ice cold water. When i texted her about this problem she started to explain how to turn the tap on, like ive never used a regular tap in my entire life. When she came to sort it out,she couldnt do anything apart from what my husband had done already. We had to wait 2 hours to get a little bit of slightly warm water for 3 minutes only, so we boiled water and mixed it in the pot to wash us and kids. Very luxury experience, I would say. In the morning we finally had hot water. In the evening we came back and the same story. Luckily, we stayed there for 2 nights only and then headed to our next accommodation. I advised this lady to put a lock on these doors because she knows that some guests touch the boiler, and then it just doesn't work properly. I also didn't like the fact that she was complaining about previous guests and their behaviour as it is quite impolite to say bad things about people who have chosen your apartment for their stay and paid for it. Not all people are clean and care about your facilities, and when you start this business, you need to understand that

Perfect apartment for family in Malaga

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the apartment! Communication with the owner was smooth. The apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of beddings, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. A big supermarkets is 2 minutes away. A private parking spot is really appreciated for family like us who arrived in car! Highly recommended!

Beware- exceptionally bad experience

Beware - exceptionally bad experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with hosts who were throughly irritated for some reason. In a little while we realised that this was because their car parking spot could only accommodate small cars and would not fit ours. We were then told to park somewhere else, but that didn't work as the garage door was broken. We parked street side and then found another place to stay in frantically late at night. It was stressful and definitely caused an extremely sour mood. Please find photos of the parking spot attached.

The hosts were hands down the rudest that we have ever met. We completely understand that things can go wrong- however, we expect civility while dealing with us. We were treated with such a bad attitude that we just could not stay there. We then contacted booking.com who were also extremely unhelpful. Therefore we found another place to stay and then raised a dispute with our credit card company to get the payment back.
