The room was basic but clean and quite modern. Location was good for me as well. Breakfast quite nice.
Noise from outside. First night, I fell asleep probably at 4am, it was so loud outside. Unbelievable.
Also, how is it possible to work in hospitality and speak absolutely no English. Crazy.
To summarise, I would book it again but I would have to be sure that the window is not located where the street is.

It was clean, the breakfast was okay, the location was near to bus and train stations and the square Plaza Pio was beautiful.
Where do I begin. Arrived and there was no water due to building works this happened the next day as well. Wanted a sleep on my day of arrival impossible due to work being g done in the room directly and indeed the whole corridor above our room.
I spoke to the workmen and later on at night went up and was able to enter the dangerous work area (which I did carefully to take pictures) total building site. They were using Jack hammers, very loud drills and hammers all afternoon on the 5th of November and all day on the 6th. Unbelievable, we had to get out quickly in the morning as the noise was so much. My grandson was quite angry and very upset.
I never had WiFi the first day and night and I went to reception to ask them to fix it, they were very disinterested and just shrugged their shoulders. I do speak a good enough level of Spanish to communicate but they could not really care and actually says maybe it was my phone the next day the lady at reception asked nearly everyone who approached her desk if they had problems with the hotel/albuerge WiFi most days they did not try to use it and that it had not come up automatically to join.
I managed very late on the first evening to get online but this was too late for me to do what I had planned to use the WiFi for. My own personal data would not work in the place either. It may have been to do with the works going on.
So to sum up - no water for two days not the whole day it was around three hours.
No WiFi for no the first day and no WiFi at all for my 13 year old grandson!
The most incredible level of noise thst I have ever experienced anywhere in my 62 years in a hotel or indeed anyplace where you were trying to relax.

Friendly staff and good for young travellers with pleasant outside areas.
Booked it for the sole reason of advertised proximity to bus station. It is not. Google maps suggested a 22min walk and double that if you have a 20kg case.

Solid location
The noise was unsupportable, we didn’t sleep at all.

Room is clean with airconditioning and private shower is a big bonus, good value for money
As you need to leave your key at the reception when you go somewhere - when we returned one night was no receptionist just a security guy and didn’t find our key as it was dropped to a different number by a staff member and we couldn’t get into our room for such a long time - giving ideas to the security person how he can find it who didn’t speak english, was a terrible night!!!!! We were locked out from our room in the middle of the night what we payed for! If we don’t help the security guy how he can find our keys probably we are still standing there!
The system should be more organised regarding the keys.
It’s a bit far from the center by walk but I choose because of the private bathroom.

Looked like a hospital, dirty, way over priced

I arrived albeit late, there was only a security person to welcome me and I realised it was his first day and not qualified to check people in but it was not a good experience, the next morning I was asked to check in again!

The location is good, it is walking distance to the city center and all sightseeing that takes around 30 minutes. The room was in good condition, but you shod ask for a room on the groundfloor since only those are recently renovated.
The duvet and sheets were not clean, we found hairs. No available soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Internet connection was based on a public provider and was not offered directly by the hotel as main service and therefore was of poor quality. Breakfast consisted of very basic options, including only cereals and toasts with the coffee machine in malfunction. Ham was of poor quality since it had a very bad smell.

I am a walker so the distance to the city centre is not an issue with me. It is clean. Breakfast is substantial. Staff are helpful as much as they could. Also pleased to see seniors as much the same number as the young ones
The toilet water tank flushes for at least 15 minutes…I learned not to flush it in the middle of the night coz it feels & sounds like it’s emptying a lake before it stops. I reported it on my check out day

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet during the night. Room spacious with adequate en-suite. The breakfast included in the price just about ok.
It took ages for the two men on reception to check me in - around 15 minutes! Very annoying when you are tired and just want to get to your room. The whole place is like a hospital, very clinical.

I’ve booked 2 nights, left this place after 1, early in the morning. A lot of strange noises all night, a lot of refugees walking back and forward over whole place. Personel is not speaking english. Will never come back there.
Not recommending.

I was happy to have a bed and a shower in a private room on the ground floor so I could also roll in my bicycle. The three bed room was spacious for just me and it was clean. The price was reasonable taking into account breakfast was also included and the breakfast buffet was basic but ok.
It reminded me of a military base: clean but moodles, very clinical, both in and outside the room, and you have to make your own bed (no problem).
When booking it wasn't clear to me you need a youth hostel pass or pay €2,- extra if you don't have one (no problem and luckily that option was there over being forced to buy a pass you don't need).
The hand shower holder slid down so I had to keep it up with a spare towel.
No kitchen to cook, and as far as I could see no possibility to boil water. It seemed though dinner buffet was present. Unsure whether it was available for all and what the price was.
In hostels you are used to meeting other travellers. The 'audience' here was different. Freebooters and (it seemed) African refugees (if so, there is nothing against that). But the atmosphere, energy, vibe was clearly missing here.
It is outside the city center, but that also has the advantage it is most certainly more quiet (which was the reason I went here after a weird experience with a hostel in the center and the massive crowd there for christmas celebrations).

Basic, however it is kept very clean, good showers, comfortable beds and is quite close to the Centre.

The location was good, 30 minutes away from the beach
1. They didn't gave us blankets. We slepts with towels on us
2. The room smells like a hospital
3. They left us stand outside for an hour when we got to the hotel at 12 am, nobody was at the reception
4. It looks and feels like a hospital
5. It's very expensive. We paid 52€ for 2 people for two beds without a fridge and tv

Distributori di bevande all'ingresso. Phon alla reception. Da provare
