Location. At the heart of the old city, all important sites are within 10 minutes or so. Restaurants abound. Pedestrianised area so easy to walk about. It also has many wonderful classy boutiques. The staff are all very helpful. It is situated over a bar/coffee shop where breakfast is served. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and easy to use with a walk-in shower. There were extra pillows and quilts in the wardrobe.
It was tricky to find as we didn’t realise it was over the Bendito coffee shop. The main entrance is actually down a very narrow street behind the church and it doesn’t seem like a hotel is there but it is. If the coffee shop is open, you can go in that way.

It was a central location. Nice room for 3 people sharing. Very clean.
Didn’t like the breakfast should be more buffet style not a great choice for breakfast included. One person taking Orders and serving should have more Staff on at Breakfast time. Dining Room big enough to cater Buffet style.

The location is excellent, literally at the heart of Malaga. The only problem with this hotel is that if you do not get a room with a balcony, the window in other rooms literally opens to the wall of the front building (about one meter distance), there is absolutely no view, and just a shadow of light throughout the day.
