A very comfortable hotel in a very central location.

The waiting on staff at breakfast were excellent, especially the young man with the pony tail. The roof top bar is a nice place for a drink.

The shower door leaked and the floor became wet, but apart from that nothing.

I would go to a better hotel for this price.

The location is excellent, literally at the heart of Malaga. The only problem with this hotel is that if you do not get a room with a balcony, the window in other rooms literally opens to the wall of the front building (about one meter distance), there is absolutely no view, and just a shadow of light throughout the day.

Great location, very poor breakfast service.

Nice size room

The shower was weak but did its job. We went for breakfast and sat for 25 minutes with no one asking our room number or coming to take our order despite trying to get the attention of the waiter. We eventually gave up and left to use a cafe down the street.

Very good, very central, lovely roof top bar

Breakfast was included with our reservation and was very good value for money. Location was very central, actually not easy to find as the hotel entrance was around the corner of the restaurant. Room was good, nice and quiet at night. Shame there was no mini fridge. Lovely roof top bar.

The (recommended) parking garage, Camas, was not very big. It was full when we got there. The lady at the garage wasn't helpful at all when we asked if there maybe reserved spots for the hotel. We ended up parking at another public underground garage, around 15 minutes walk away (instead of 3 - 5 mins). However, the hotel checked it out for us and managed to get the same discounted price, it was the same parking garage company. Normal price per day was 25 euro versus hotel discount price of 17 euro.....

Very welcoming and pleasant stay but could be better soundproof

Super warm staff at the reception, Breakfast and coffee prepared for our journey (stay just for one night before flight), even though we were leaving before breakfast time Perfectly clean, Everything you need in the room. Very nice rooftop with bar.

Unfortunetely poor soundproofing - loud noise from the hall and other rooms during the night. (Just this one thing).

Fantastic location. We had a room with a balcony (although a little too hot to use it frequently). Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous roof top bar!

Good central location

Excellent, quiet location just off the Plaza de Flores and the Calle Larios. Excellent a/c. Kettle provided. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and an easy stroll to the Cathedral and Port. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was described as a Superior Double or Twin room, but it was quite small and an odd shape, with a floor-to-ceiling metal girder taking up much-needed space. The tap in the bathroom was faulty, so no cold water available. There was no fridge in the room. The roof-top terrace was unavailable for 3 of the 5 nights we were there due to private functions, which was disappointing.

Extremely noisy until the early hours of the day.

Nice breakfast and personnel, decent room, although not recently renovated. The location is very convenient and the area’s urban noise not annoying (except the area outside the hotel’s entrance that serves the roof-top bar)

In contrast to the wider urban area that has the usual 24h urban, noise the entrance of the hotel is overcrowded by enthusiastic clients of the hotel’s rooftop bar, either leaving the bar after a few drinks, or waiting at the queue to enter. If you are unlucky to stay at the first few floors, the noise from the many people Infront of the hotel’s entrance is multiplied by the very narrow paths is extremely loud.

Location so central, parking 2 minutes away at a discounted rate. Our family room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served until midday. The staff were so helpful.

Perfect hotel, location and most of all staff.

Good choice and quality at breakfast. The roof terrace was an added bonus which we enjoyed every day. I could not praise the staff enough throughout the hotel. They organised our taxi pick up from airport and also from hotel to airport. The taxi did not arrive on time to pick us up from hotel but reception staff escorted us to nearby taxi rank and organised another one for us. He did way above and beyond for us. Thank you so much.

The property is conveniently located right in the center of Malaga old town, within minutes walking from a parking garage and major tourist attractions.

The neighborhood was hustle and bustle till like 2am, thus, a bit too noisy to sleep. The hotel room smelled a bit musky from high humidity and poor ventilation.

Suitable for our needs for a short stay.

The location was excellent. Very central to everything that we wanted to see.

The breakfast was a menu style, but with very limited options available. We experienced issues with our hot water which were brought to the attention of staff, although nothing really changed after this.

Another fantastic few days in Malaga. Always a joy.

The location was perfect, right bang in the centre and within easy walking distance from all the points of interest.. The breakfast was lovely. Freshly cooked and varied. The roof top bar was exceptional and the staff super friendly. We had a room with a balcony which received the afternoon sun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central hotel for a city break. I have now stayed here twice and will definitely come back a third time 😁

The only issue we had was the drain odour. This seems to be a common issue and not exclusive to the hotel. The airport has the same odour. Presumably this is due to the heat and the general drainage systems.

I loved that a tooth brush/paste, razor and saving cream were provided. I didn't use it but I like that it was there. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and had perfect English which helped as my Spanish is very poor.

A great hotel for a city break to the centre of Malaga city.

The hotel was very well situated for a city break. It was near all major attractions and little restaurants. The hotel breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The cocktails bar on the roof was lovely. Staff were very helpful.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the damp smell on the second floor and in the bedrooms. I mentioned it to the staff on reception but he didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. The hotel was full so he couldn’t move us.

Perfect for family City break

Perfect room for our family of 5 - plenty of room to move around with all our bags following a fortnights stay in Nerja. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old part of the city with loads to see and do, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, tea/coffee facilities, two large bottles of water, plenty of clean towels and a huge shower - we really were very pleased with the room. It was also quiet which was great as we have a lively 4 year old. Breakfast was fine - plenty to eat but wasn't fantastic, the waitress that served us each morning was absolutely lovely though.

Honestly very little to say here - we really enjoyed the stay I can't think of a negative at all.
