Clean appartment, brand new but noisy. It takes time to get things sorted if something goes wrong

The appartment was very well equiped and outside of the busy city centre (10 minute walk). The appartment was also very clean and the bathroom was like new.

We requested early check-in but it was not approved; there is no luggage storage facility in the appartment building; they did advise a third party services which we ended up using. When we tried to enter (after check-in time) the entry code of the building did not work, so we had to contact the service desk which took a while as everything is automated and AI driven. The cleaning lady let us in but was not able to help us out. In the end it turned out fine with a new access code, but it's unfortunate having to deal with this when you're on vacation and considering the price charged. Furthermore we had alot of noise from other people who were entering/leaving the building early in the morning and late at night...

Comfy, clean and everything is good

A very comfortable, clean and pretty apartment. Quite well equipped too tho’ the washer is on a different floor. Location is on a quiet lane but pretty close to the train and bus station and within walking distance. No problem walking to the station even with big luggage. Kitchen is well equipped and so does the bathroom. We had a very good one night rest as the bedding is very comfy and smell so fresh.

We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment looked to be pretty new and is a 10 minute walk from both the train station and the old town, location is good just a block or two off the main street. There is a lift and the apartment has a kitchenette, TV, A/C, WiFi etc as well as a laundry on the 4th floor

One of the apartments set off their fire alarm in the late evening which was annoying. The issue was there was nobody to tell us what was happening while we stood outside for nearly an hour waiting for someone to turn up and turn it off. So some communication would have been appreciated.

Property was easy walking distance from train station. Access is digital but codes arrived by email and was. Our studio apartment was a large apartment on the ground floor with road right outside but rarely used and we did not hear a sound! Well stocked kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, fridge , kettle toaster etc. double bed , sofa bed and dining table. We had no hot water first night but it was fixed before we got back from sightseeing the next day!😊

I could not fault the place though my picky husband said the bed side tables wobbled! 😉

Noisy and dangerous

Issue with handle on bedroom door not working from the inside, we got trapped in the bedroom. No help from the WhatsApp assistance for the property. Also terrible sound proofing, had flat next to front door, constantly people stood outside chatting early hours/ using door. A baby cried every 40 minutes through day and night for 2 nights of our stay. Would not recommend this accommodation.

Very pleasant stay

Apartment equipped with everything you need. Check-in process very simple. Digital access to the facility convenient and easy to use. Excellent location. On the first evening there was no hot water in the apartment (breakdowns happen), that same evening I contacted the apartment staff, excellent contact. I was assured that someone would come tomorrow and check and fix it. The next day the hot water was back. Excellent service, excellent contact. Nothing more is needed during a shorter or longer vacation.

I have booked the Large Apartment. The luminous large apartment and I paid 500 euros for 3 nights, quite expensive for out of the city center. But ok, I chose it. And they gave me a ground floor dark apartment with a small living room. Which I didn't choose. We had every day noise from everyone outside. We couldn't open the windows because everyone was going to see us. And there were inside the bathroom ants and insects. And in front of the kitchen we killed a cockroach. I demanded the apartment I booked and they told me they always give similar. This wasn't similar. It was unacceptable. I came for vacation with a small kid and I didn't have fun staying there. Moreover you could have a conditioner in the bathroom. And a mop for the floor.

Nice location. Within walking distance of most everything you want to expericence. Washing machine.

If you have any questions there is no one to talk to. Takes a lot of time to write back and forth. Our room was on the ground floor and not very private. I stepped barefoot on a huge cocroach during the night and I also encountered one in the hallway. There was a dead cocroach in the hallway during our entire stay. I guess it’s not easy to keep those guys out but it wasn’t really great. Also wasn’t a lot of info anywhere. I had to go on a toilet paper hunt after two days. It wasn’t possible to switch rooms and since it was though booking.com, cancellation was not an option. Since we had two seperate booking dates at the place they were nice enough to let us cancel the second booking without charge. We think they are doing their best but when you are running a fully automatic place like this there’s no one to take care of things when something comes up. The check in was unneccesarily complex, asked for a selfie, a picture of the passport in addition to a card number in advance of arrival.

The facilities and room were faultless. The location was excellent and we loved the restaurants in the area. Our room was very clean and we loved the large windows. Very comfortable and we found the online check-in really easy.
