The hotel is very close to the historic centre, the market, the cathedral and the castle making it a great location! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and quiet at night. It was all fresh and modern.

The shower head twisted to spray against the wall so it was a little awkward, but the pressure was great!

The room was clean, spacious, and featured a super king-size bed. The overall design was modern yet still very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, with a nicely sized shower. Despite the balcony overlooking a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet, which made for a very pleasant stay.

The only downside was that the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Also, a small detail that should be taken into consideration: the bathroom trash bin needs replacing, as it was rusty and not functioning properly. The breakfast was not bad overall, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially regarding the variety of food offered. One additional point worth mentioning: it would be helpful to have someone check the rooms carefully after guests check out in case personal belongings are left behind. I am 100% sure I forgot my phone charger plugged into the bedside socket, and although I emailed the hotel 3–4 hours after checking out, I was informed that nothing had been found in the room.
