Great location when popping in on Malaga

Very good location for us, near the Alameda station as we were arriving about 9pm we could still get out to the nearby Rincon de La Cervecero and Hasta Los Andantes (I think) bars Very comfy as I expect from NH

WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay - staff tried to help but it basically didn’t work. Deduction due to that.

Third time visitor

Not the first time staying there. Still good value for money and the location is spot on. Close to everywhere and not noisy at all. That is always a thing we look for in hotels when visiting for a short trip.

Not massive amounts need improvement but that sticks out as it is visual stuff and easy to fix. The bin was older than my kids or at least looked like that. It was a metal one and rusted from being in the shower where it is wet of course. Replace it and it will make the place look better straight away. The sink was flooding too so look at the pipes and see what is clogging it. Other than that the room was good. Breakfast was ok, like everywhere in that type of hotels I do not expect much. We pick breakfast so we do not have to go and look for a place in the morning so it does the job. Maybe more options for hot stuff is needed. Other than that, all good and would book again next time in Malaga.

A lovely stay in the perfect location

The room had everything you need for a stay mini bar , free safe , WiFi , coffee machine , modern design , clean room , comfortable bed, friendly staff , great location , breakfast was lovely

Wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, and everyone made us feel completely at home. The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable, and my dog was warmly welcomed - the pet gift was such a lovely touch. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city: perfect for the port and the centre (Calle Larios), and we even enjoyed longer walks to the Gibralfaro and La Malagueta. We would happily stay here again. Una estancia fantástica: personal encantador, habitaciones cómodas, ubicación perfecta y un trato maravilloso también para mi perro - sin duda volveremos

An exceptionally well situated no frills hotel. You can walk to all the attractions.Breakfast v good the room had everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Rooms are a good size. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday at this hotel and both rooms met our expectations. Bathrooms are a good size and showers were powerful. Beds are large and comfortable.

Corridors on each floor are looking a little tired. Could do with a refresh. Cost of room felt a little over-priced.

Amazing people

Amazing people, great parks, old town, food, location and amazing people that are working in the hotel and Julieta Caffe. I am really excited about everything around this part of the town. I had such a great time.

Had booked Soho Boutique Urban and when we got to hotel were told that they had overbooked and was no room available. Go

Air conditioner was not working. Curtains hanging off the rails. Long hairs found in towel. Got to breakfast at 9am and could not have a cooked breakfast because initial supply had run out.

Great friendly staff and modern look

Walls very thin so you can hear people next door. Door didn’t for the door frame so the passage light was going on/off the whole night when someone walked in it. Asked for double bed but got two steel single beds moved together. Other hotel residents very noisy in the evenings

We had a room on the fifth floor that was located within the eaves of the building, so it did feel a little claustrophobic. I would recommend that you book a room on a lower floor.

Breakfast is OK, but if you decide to have it late they may be out of some of it. Still it is freshly made. The location is great. Room size is normal and everything is clean.

Our bathroom needed general maintenance - tighten a few screws here and there, fix the clogged bidet and etc. There a are a few things that have to be addressed in general.

Nice hotel but an absolute pain to try and find at the end of a night out , must of took me a hour, walked into another 4/5 soho hotels then finally found this one and door shut and not sign posted outside

Not pleasant - not our choice of hotel, bare, stark, and not 4 star

We had our booking transferred from this hotel to the Soho Bahia due to ‘logistical and organisation al’ issues. There wasn’t much we liked about it as it wasn’t what we’d chosen. It was bare, stark and a poor quality building. Staff were ok - some warm and approachable, others not

Location is excellent. Staff were very willing to help with any issue I had. Tastefully designed.

My bathroom had a very unfortunate smell coming from the drains. The property did their best to fix it- they sent maintenance to my room, offered to move to me to a different property, and offered me free breakfast. Although the smell remained, I appreciated all of the efforts to make my experience better despite this drawback.

Basic clean hotel, but overrated

Clean, fresh bed linen, comfortable bed. New renovation and furniture. Good location in the centre on a pleasant street.

Conditions are basic for the level stated by the hotel. The room equipment is very poor and the area is small, the window is small. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom and it spread throughout the room. Breakfast is not bad, but coffee and juices are terrible. Coffee is like instant 3in1.

Very good location in the city center. Big bed and overall nice room with the balcony. Various options for breakfast. Definitely would recommend!
