Nice place, close to everything

The hotel is located in a pleasant district: full of live itself, close to the center and the sea. Window hinges provide full blackout and also help to reduce street/bar noises. At least in February it helped a lot and we had a great sleep (room 201 looks at c.casas de campos). Everything was clean, good water pressure. Standard hotel utilities. Did not have a breakfast as there are plenty of decent options around.

A strange moment at check-in: we were asked to verbally provide our card number and security code instead of a standard card pre-authorization. We declined to give the CVV, but the request itself felt unsafe from a data security standpoint.

No air con in room after paying a premium rate - no room to change to on first eve however opening all the windows in the evening before bed and having the fan on helped - would have preferred air con though

Good place to stay with family

The check-in experience was good and the hotel is very clean and neat. The staff was providing good service. Rooms were also spacious enough with a bunker bed arrangement.

The organisation at breakfast could be improved. Anything we had was very nice but some cooked items could do with being refilled more frequently.

Cute quiet hotel close to the buzzing Malaga

The location was perfect - far from busy streets but close enough to walk there. Very nice breakfast. Although we did not use those - the bicycles were available for rent. Re-usable water bottles is the best thing I have seen in the hotels recently. Less waste is produced. Good job!!

The windows were facing inside the building and although quiet - there was no air movement, thus, a bit stuffy. The top fan was available, but it is not something you would let on the whole night. Would be nice to have a bar soap.

The location only

Property is New but with very little amenities and facilities. Rooms are comfortable although bed is very small in the classic room. It’s my second stay and it’s very disappointing the staff is impolite and not welcoming nor helpful. We had a very early check out at 4 am for our flight and the receptionist was rude. We did inform them day before we had to take an early check out and they didn’t accommodate an express check out. They made me lose my time all in a very unfriendly tone and way of doing things not in the standards of such hotels.

A brief but wonderful stay in the heart of the city. We’re already planning our next trip back.

The location was excellent. The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated as is the rest of the hotel. The breakfast had a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful giving us some great restaurant recommendations. The fact that the hotel is pet friendly is amazing and they truly made our dog feel welcome.

A lovely place for a city break.

Everything, the room was a superior double and was a great size, the breakfast was a good variety and lovely and fresh. Also they had Happy Hour on all drinks between 13.00 - 18.00, brilliant cocktails.

Great location!

Lovely big room with aircon and a ceiling fan and fab waterfall shower. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice for all sorts of requirements including hot food, pastries, cakes, and lovely fresh fruit. Hotel is central and near great bars, shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Also ideally situated for a boat trip from the quay to spot whales - which we didn't when we went! They had been spotted earlier in the week though. Staff very friendly and helpfully provided us with a map on our arrival and suggestions of places to visit to maximise our holiday. Make sure you visit the Alcazaba - amazing views from the top! Hotel is near the wonderful market - check it out for lunchtime tapas - delicious!

I’d return!

It was in a walkable location. My room was fantastic. It was ready when I arrived early, which was nice since I had an overnight flight. Unfortunately because of my jet lag, I slept in and only had five minutes to check out so they extended it by half an hour. A bit longer would’ve been nice…

Great hotel, great location for enjoying the city.

Great location, easy to get to by train from the airport. Cool hotel, really helpful, attentive staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms, quiet. Super bed and shower. In the midst of Soho bars and restaurants which are less touristy than city centre and nice variety of food & drink. Second stay and won’t be the last.

I liked the staff, they were nice and competent. The location was also good.

Hotel run by accountants, it is 4 star only because it checks all the boxes in the standard, with no actual regard to how people feel in it. It's an average hotel, posing as high class and having some dumbfounding design and cost reducing strategies that make it feel a bad hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring Malaga and for travel to and from Airport

Great location, especially if you are arriving by train from Malaga airport. Rooms are very comfy and well kitted out. Breakfast was good. The only thing to consider, is, when you book a room with a balcony, be aware that it is just a Juliet balcony and not somewhere you can sit.

The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, decoration at the hotel is lovely and location perfect for us to explore the old town in Malaga and the port, nothing we didn’t like! The bed was super comfortable and the whole hotel exceptionally clean.
