Perfect stay for short trip

Everything! I loved my stay here. I felt safe, it was clean, comfortable & the staff are lovely too which always makes all the difference. It was in a good location and walking distance to where I wanted/needed to go and easy to get an uber from too, when needed.

Nice rooms, a bit far from historic centre by foot

Nice big rooms

Very noisy because the entrance door to the rooms were extremely noisy as they slammed to close and they were spaces around them that made the rooms not sound proof at all - so unfortunately we could hear all the other guests in the corridors and going in and out as if they were in our bedroom

Great hotel in excellent location for Malaga Centre

Great location for Malaga centre! Very friendly helpful staff. We opted for the Christmas Eve meal in their restaurant which was excellent. Lovely clean hotel

Seating area in the room. We were in a double with one chair which meant we had to sit on the bed when we returned to the room. A bit more thought about the layout in room. Otherwise excellent stay

Central location

As it’s part of shopping centre and my stay included Black Friday and Xmas lights being turned on in city center, it was very difficult to get to it in the evening and practically impossible to find parking.

The rooms were clean, it was a good location, easy to walk into the centre and felt like a safe area.

I know this is personal preference but didn’t like the decor or smell/ strong perfume. I thought the room was quite small and doesn’t have many facilities as you’d expect for a 4* hotel. It was very average/ nothing spectacular. The bed was comfy.

Lovely vacation in Málaga

I really enjoyed my stay. You will have everything you need in this hotel. Rooms are nice and comfortable and breakfast is very good with lots of food choices. A large shopping center is right next to the hotel.

The stay was very pleasant – quiet hotel, great location, and friendly staff.

We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time to leave our luggage. During the process, our room became available, and we were allowed to check in early which was a wonderful and much-appreciated gesture from the hotel. The hotel has direct access to a shopping center on the first floor, which includes an Eroski supermarket along with other typical shops. The hotel itself is very quiet, making for a peaceful stay. Both the main train and bus stations are within a reasonable walking distance, as well as the Málaga-Centro-Alameda train station.

The hotel is located a bit away from the main bus stops, so a short walk is needed. Most of the useful bus stops are halfway between the hotel and the historic center.

I can really recommend this hotel. Good location. Hotel is renovated. Only 10 min to train station and 5 min to metro Malaga ! Profesional staff.

Breakfast was nice, all staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very well prepared and the hotel seems to be very central, lot of places to attend around.

I'm certain I saw there was supposed to be a pool, but I got informed on the first day there was no pool, which seemed strange to me. Otherwise there wasn't anything to complain about honestly.

Very helpful staff and a great hotel location. Small but satisfying breakfast buffet. Room was quite spacious.

The hotel is a bit dated, therefore the price seemed a bit much for this standard. View for the parking lot was not so appealing either. Bathtub cracked in a couple of places.

Center location, 20 walking minutes to city harbour. Direct access to shopping mall. Rooms are big

Rather aged furniture. Old inventory, in urgent need of refurb Noise level high (windows are ok). Doors need insulation, you can hear every word from the room neighbours.
