The staff were extremely helpful especially with the parking. The bed, next level comfortable!
Would have been good to have more detailed advice about getting to the car park - you have to go down a pedestrian street and the signposting is very discreet.

Hotel was excellent and in an excellent location. Our train journey leaving Malaga was cancelled at short notice abs Zoran and Israel went above and beyond to help us book alternative transport. Everybody was helpful and friendly, but these 2 deserve special mention as they helped us enormously.
From our point of view, nothing needs changing.

Rooms were a good size, clean, 3 lifts, location was excellent. Some staff eg the chap in the downstairs bar from Tenerife, offered excellent customer service.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day, although there was a reasonable range and the hot options were luke warm. Coffee was weak. No Nespresso machines in rooms albeit the pictures on the website showed them. The policy that you couldn’t sit on a soft sofa on the roof top bar, as they wanted larger groups to sit there and therefore you had to sit on the harder metal stools and chairs, regardless if there was anyone waiting for a seat or not.
