Location, Location, Location!

We were extremely impressed with the hotel. Staff were wonderful, Beds were very comfortable and the morning buffet was wonderful. The location of the hotel is central to the old town so we could not recommend this hotel higher than the scores allowed. If your interested in visiting Malaga, its peolple and sampling a multitude of flavors from around the world you are in for a treat! We will always stay here and we will be back many times in the future.

trying to contact booking .com to arrange a free taxi to airport, which you offered. after phoning you and getting nowhere I ended up paying £36.68 at my own cost. You advertise this free taxi if you spent x amount of euros which I did . I would not recommend booking .com to anyone at all.

Location is great! Bed comfortable, room spotlessly clean, great range of Complimentary bathroom toiletries. late check out at 12!

Stay not as enjoyable as last stay, Breakfast limited, wouldn’t have it again if we do stay here again. Found staff no where near as friendly as last visit.

Nice stay in the heart of the city

Location. This is best hotel have. Just in the old town - allows yoiu to sightseen not loosing time for getting there.

Well, not to be snobb - but some things in dry bar were having expiration date a month ago and when marking it ti reception we got just "sorry" and item replaced. Other items we havent shown to them remained on place with exparation date padt away.

Highly recommended but give the bar a skip

The hotel is in a perect location for exploring everything. It was all spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. Roof top bar was lovely but in November we didn't stay there long.

staff in bar were not helpful. they weren't busy but we were ignored, When I went to ask for a menu, the man was so rude. He wouldn't give it to me, he walked me back to my table to tell me that in this hotel it was all table service. He was very rude

Breakfasts. They were below average for a four star hotel and could have been a whole lot better. The choice of fruit and cereals were very limited and why offer bac9n which is only half cooked. Terrible

Excellent stay in a prime location

Excellent location near the park and ocean, but main shopping and dining, including the Cathedral for touring only steps away. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on top of the hotel. Rooms were clean and bed soft, excellent service and front desk extra friendly and helpful.

A great location, safe but away from the busier streets. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly but breakfast was a little chaotic. No cutlery on the tables and it took a while to get an order. The food was tasty and the staff were nice so perhaps a little more organization is required.

The hotel was lovely, fantastic location, lovely room exceeded all expectations and the icing on the cake was the roof top pool and bar area, cocktails were fab, very reasonably priced for where you were in the city. No complaints at all.

Excellent location for access to the center, beach and port area, adequate facilities.

Rooms were a good size, clean, 3 lifts, location was excellent. Some staff eg the chap in the downstairs bar from Tenerife, offered excellent customer service.

Breakfast was exactly the same every day, although there was a reasonable range and the hot options were luke warm. Coffee was weak. No Nespresso machines in rooms albeit the pictures on the website showed them. The policy that you couldn’t sit on a soft sofa on the roof top bar, as they wanted larger groups to sit there and therefore you had to sit on the harder metal stools and chairs, regardless if there was anyone waiting for a seat or not.

Hotel bed was amazing, lovely facilities and nice breakfast.

Party on the rooftop on Sat night didn’t end until 12.30 and could hear the music/bass. Ended promptly at 12.30 though. Just an FYI for any light sleeper

Breakfast, felt like I had to do most of the work myself, asked for 2 tried eggs, 20 minutes later they arrived, up and down to the self service about 10 times, I normally don’t give out but it didn’t feel like a pleasant experience. Too little staff trying their best to keep all of the tables happy.

Nice hotel, great location, beautiful view and rooftop. Rooms and bathrooms are very nice too.

The elevators took forever, I've never experienced anything like this. Might be a reason not to stay there even. The pool was tiny and the stairs into the pool very wobbly. The pool is old and needs an upgrade.

Wonderful Malaga

We liked the location, in the middle of everything. It is located in the historical center and it is very close to all important attractions.

The bathroom in room 301 needs to have all plumbing and sewage systems repaired. The water is leaking all over. The AC blows directly in your face when you stay in bed. The TV channels are mostly unavailable and very limited in options. The positioning of the TV set on the wall in front of the bed is very unstable and not aligned vertically and horizontally.

Nice hotel, excellent location.

Location was excellent, right on the edge of the mostly-pedestrian town area. The room was a very good size, bed comfortable, although the pillows could have been a little plumper.

I had to specifically request that Housekeeping attend to my room, as nothing had been done by 3pm.

Fantastic hotel, in the best location.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The room we had was an executive room with a balcony overlooking the cathedral. So clean, good size with incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool, although small, was great to enjoy drinks, relax in the sun while taking in the views. Would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly stay here again on my next trip to Malaga.

Loved this place!

Lovely rooms, fantastic location just a 1 mins from the heart of the city, the roof top pool and bar great. The view from our room was lovely-we looked on to the cathedral. Views from the roof were beautiful and lots of non-guests were taking photos. Breakfast room was lovely and breakfast delicious

Only thing to improve would be some parasols on the roof to provide shade
