Lovely Staff but rooms disappointing.

Lovely gesture from staff for our celebration. Breakfast area was relaxing. Patricia our room cleaner was lovely- thank you.

Room didnt feel 5 star. For example: -No sink in separate toilet. -Walls were vertical wooden panels and weren"t great for eyes. -The door stop in bathroom was off. -Marks on wall (wear and tear). -Hall carpets were old looking and needed updating. - Occassional unpleasant smell of dog in corridor Incomparison to the Valencia rooms, this wasn't 5 star & not value for money. .

Bar prices were a bit expensive. House keeping entered our room once when sign ‘Not now’ was on door and another time without giving us any chance to answer their knock. Found that a little odd.

Fantastic Hotel and perfectly located to explore Malaga on foot.

We only had breakfast one morning in the Hotel. It was very good and staff are excellent. Lovely setting on the top floor for breakfast.

Best Hotel to stay, it has it all

Whilst all the staff were professional and helpful Adrian on reception and Kerfala in Lola at breakfast were exceptional. They both made you feel more than a guest and Kerfala had such a warm and humorous manner but still very professional and a great asset to the Hotel. Quality and variety of breakfast incredible. Our De Luxe Soho room was very spacious the most comfortable bed and pillows, all fabulous Loved the rooftop bar great views. Spotless clean everywhere. Great Central location to everything. We have stayed at a couple of different hotels in Malaga before but this is the one we will return to in the future.

Good hotel but bad value for money.

The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, and while they do charge 85€ for your pet, that does give you a dog bed and treats.

Our stay came to 400€ per night, which is too much for this property. Rooms are comfortable but small, and the finishes are the kind that look good on pictures but less so in real life. That would all be okay, were it not for a very bad experience with the Hotel’s prix fixe Christmas menu. This was 220€ per person and it was horrible - bad quality food and service that could not keep up. Add that to the expensive nightly rate, and this was not good value for money.

Breakfast was a disaster, we left as everything we ordered was delayed and served cold. Our breakfast charge was refunded however.

I was surprised that hanging clothes storage in a 5 star hotel was merely a sliding rail out in the open, no wardrobe space. But as only staying for 3 nights it was ok with cupboard space. Would have preferred a higher floor as requested but that’s just luck I suppose

Absolutely worthy of a second visit, we loved the hotel and its hospitality. It was a great place to stay and facilities

Modern in its decor and approach. However, its key asset is its staff. They are welcoming, friendly, so helpful and always smiling.

Our room was rather hot at night and I couldn’t see how/where any AC was.

Rooms and bathrooms were very lovely, comfortable and clean. Location couldn't be beaten. Black out curtains were incredible - we slept soo well.

It was good but I wouldn't consider it to be 5 star

The location and the Carmen bar below which had a nice vibe and reasonably priced drinks. The daily cleaning left the room spotless.

The room was quite dark with no view and the air con really only cooled down half of the room. The pool area looked pretty but only had 10 sun loungers so we had to be there at 9am to guarantee a bed. I also kept tripping on the step in the bathroom

Fantastic stay at a perfect hotel in the best location

I just loved everything about this hotel - the decor, facilities, great staff, amazing bed, fabulous restaurants and rooftop bar. Also, prime location!! Much nicer part of Màlaga than the beach area. Will be back!!!

A few days in heavenly paradise. I’ll be sure to return if ever back in Malaga.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. It was in a fantastic location and the rooftop pool was my favourite part of it.

It would have been great to have a larger area around the rooftop pool to accommodate for more guests to lay in the sun by the pool, some days we ended up in a queue to avail of a sun lounger.

Lovely city break hotel, a little over priced

The location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have visited Malaga 6 times and by far the best hotel we have stayed at in the City.

The pool was lovely, clean but overcrowded. Limited sunbed space and poorly layed out. Our room was on floor 6, directly below the restaurant which during the evening was very loud and could hear tables / chairs moving around and the people above. Not great.

Great location, beds are very comfortable and room size was good enough. The bathroom was big and spacious but not very clean. Personal were very nice and always attentive and helpful.

Brilliant city break location for friends or couples, the rooftop pool is magic

The location was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was buzzy and modern, it felt like a real treat staying there and yet comfortable at the same time. The rooftop pool and bar where the deciding factor for us choosing to stay and so worth it.

The only small disappointments were that there were only a total of 5 sun loungers by the rooftop pool for all residents. It would have been good to have some more during the day available. Also we stayed at the start of April and there was no food service available at the rooftop bar, we needed to leave and go to another floor.

Perfect location! A coupe of minutes walk into the city and the same to the marina. Beautifully laid out and clean hotel as was the room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A superb hotel in a great location and service second to none!
