Amazing location, beautiful hotel exceptional staff

I absolutely loved this hotel. The ambience was beautiful and relaxing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, and I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything from the accommodation and facilities to the staff and food was excellent.

The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, and while they do charge 85€ for your pet, that does give you a dog bed and treats.

Our stay came to 400€ per night, which is too much for this property. Rooms are comfortable but small, and the finishes are the kind that look good on pictures but less so in real life. That would all be okay, were it not for a very bad experience with the Hotel’s prix fixe Christmas menu. This was 220€ per person and it was horrible - bad quality food and service that could not keep up. Add that to the expensive nightly rate, and this was not good value for money.
