- Windows are new but terrible quality. We heard every conversation and vehicle noise from the street. Woken by noise on all 3 nights and early mornings. With a budget priced apartment you still expect to be able to sleep without being woken by noise
- Room has a gap around the door and one of the windows direct to outdoors. In February this allowed a breeze into the room
- apartment block is on a street with abandoned land and building work. Not ideal. Close to the centre but not a pleasant street
- apartment wasn’t ready on time. 15:00 is already quite late for room access, but we had to wait 30 mins longer as it wasn’t ready

The apartment was clean, is spacious, and bright (apartment 6)
Nothing is perfect, so I'm not going to complain about anything. Everything was as agreed. If you like a suggestion, I would have liked there to be a place inside the shower where I could put my own shower products, as I had nowhere to put them.
As for the electric stove, I don't know if it was my inexperience or if it wasn't working properly, after just a couple of attempts, everything was fine. It might be a good idea to check them.

Clean, cozy, apartment with a nice location!
The accommodation was fantastic. The location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but still close to the center. The apartment had everything you needed and more and looked just like it was described on the website. A real plus was the quick responses from the staff to messages. I definitely recommend this apartment!
The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn't long enough for someone of average height and that the air conditioning didn't blow warm air, which meant it was quite chilly in the apartment in the evening.

I really recommend this place
Amazing staff, quality of service top tier. We had a small issue and we complained about the noise 30 minutes later there was someone who came to solve the issue. Extremely attentive staff.
The room was really nice, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a practical kitchen.
The location is perfect, so many things to do in the area. And not far from everything nice to see.

I liked the room and the location is excellent, plus the fact that they have a kitchen. They replaced a coffee machine with cracked water tank pretty quickly after request.
The bathroom door could not be closed, even after a team came to fix it... A magnetic band was supposed to keep it closed which was glued but it came off right after the first use, then it was strongly glued by their maintenance team. Then the band stayed tight but couldn't keep the door closed.

The terrace view was amazing — the furniture was too small or too low to the ground and not comfortable.. I wish the terrace had not been so large and that we were given more room for the actual interior, but that is nothing they can control.
we didn’t like how the property was configured — The square footage was spread over two levels and the bedroom, especially felt very cramped. Only one side bedside table and very little place to put your clothes or hide your clothes. we had one shelving unit and one closet, but there was not enough room for shirts to hang — too short
The kitchen was tiny and not appropriate for any serious cooking — it was very difficult to use the stove — the old toaster, shorted the electricity and we lost power the first morning and the maintenance guy had a hard time showing us how the stove worked
I suggested the property not assume that everyone knows how these stoves work and that it would be in everyone's interest if they left list of directions in English or other/appropriate languages.
The elevator went out one morning and they didn’t have the courtesy of letting us know or apologizing officially — the TV would not switch on downstairs, but I just didn’t want to bother them yet again with issues.. I just wanted to get on with my holiday/vacation.
The customer service was fantastic in the beginning, but we had problems later — for instance, the elevator lost power one morning, but they didn’t have the courtesy to let us all know or apologize — I had to ask the cleaning staff — I nearly missed an appointment because I was waiting and waiting and then I figured out I had to walk down.. and back up when i got back.
The bathroom on the main level is unnecessarily large (but beautiful), which leaves very little room for the kitchen — the garbage can was tiny and filled up quickly..
The finishes are really beautiful though — it really really is a pretty apartment — it all depends on what you’re looking for, but for us it was an overall disappointment for the money spent.. especially when compared to the other places we stayed in Granada and Torremolinos for less money
The regular cleaning was a real boon and very helpful..

A welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Malaga old town and our hectic schedule.
Having space to unpack a little and do laundry after weeks of travelling. The bed was super comfey and large. Heavenly. The shower was my favourite of all the accommodations we stayed at in the last month. Which were many.
I would have loved an extra coffee pod for day 3, some cinnamon and any simple seasonings, and regular caffeinated tea!! Black/Assam/Irish or English breakfast tea and a little milk in the fridge. That’s all!

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to because I want to help others decide where to stay.
I stayed in apartment No. 13 and it was amazing! Bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect. I felt safe even when returning late at night. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. Everything was truly excellent, but what impressed me the most was the communication – it was absolutely top-level! I felt like a VIP guest. No matter what time of day I had questions, they responded immediately and organized all the excursions I wanted.
They work with a wonderful travel agency that offers great guides and the best prices.
In short, thanks to them, I had a perfect holiday!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Good location in quiet street but a short walk took us to bars and restaurants. Coeo Team very helpful and informative with messages prior to arrival and prompt at replying to any messages.

Beautifully appointed spacious (duplex) apartment . Had everything we needed and the bonus of a roof terrace 👍. Lovely big bed , fabulous large fluffy white towels and spotlessly clean . Location was good, on a quiet street and not as far out as we had previously thought. Ten mins walk to centre Def return!

The staff were available 24 hour and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a sense of community when we went there and I really like that they allowed us to keep our bags and such on the checkout day.

Sofa bed not very comfortable and was a bit too big once open, took up a lot of space. My son managed to have a good rest as he is not too heavy, but an adult might find it difficult to sleep in it.

The location was excellent and the view from the balcony was exceptionnal. It was very quiet and we especially appreciated the staff at Coeo pod hostel. We were able to leave our luggages when we arrived and have a welcome drink at the hostel. The duplex looks exactly like the photos.
