This place should not be rented and should be blacklisted
We somehow were able to enjoy our holiday when we cleaned everything ourselves but we were wasting our holiday time on that.
To sum it up: This place is not clean, very dirty, dangerous as there is garbage around, they do not communicate or they reply when you write them on booking.com but do not solve anything. Whoever cleans it and thinks this is clean they should do another job because they do not know what clean means. This accommodation should be blacklisted. Pity I cannot add more photos, just shower drain, grill, jacuzzi and bed table. What a joke this place is!
Check-in was written 2-2.30 pm so we came around 1.50 pm. Then I read a message I got on booking.com from the host at 1.44 pm to come at 4 pm. We were already there waiting. With the kid in the car.
Jacuzzi on the terrace was closed so we opened it and there was a poop, dead fish and worms (see the photos). I wrote a message to the host and got answer that jacuzzi was not working. I have not got any information about that in advance.. One thing is if it does not work but another thing is it stinks and there is a poop, worms, etc. Grill was full of ash and cigarette butts, we cleaned the grill because otherwise it was stinky. Grill not horizontally straight and stable so cannot be used anyway. On the terrace was a bird's nest up on the sticks that hold the curtain, terrace was dirty so we had to clean it all ourselves, wipe it. Water dripping from the AC so we regularly had to take care of the water. The day after our arrival hot water in the bathroom stopped working. Boiler was not warming up the water. Host said would come and nothing happened... No warm water for most of our stay. We cleaned the flat, wiped the floors, it was not clean, sofa stinking from animals, also outside furniture. Ants everywhere in the kitchen. We cleaned it. Dishwasher was still washing when we got to the flat. When it finished the dishes that were supposed to be clean were not clean, ants in the dishwasher. We cleaned dishes we were using. A lot of kitchen tools in the cupboards were dirty.

Appalled that this listing is still active. The hostess offered no help/refund for such an abysmal accommodation.
The property was horrendous. We left after 10 minutes because the property was unrentable. The overwhelming smoke smell was too much to handle, not to mention the ant poison and black mold in the bedrooms. We had to make alternative reservations at our own expense. Run, don’t walk, away from this place!
As previously mentioned, this place is unsafe and borderline dangerous to stay. It should be removed from the platform. Neither the host, nor booking.com, were helpful in finding a resolution to the problem that this apartment is. The host continually lied and said there is no smell/ant/mold problem, although the problems are abundant and obvious. Please don’t experience the same problem we did; book somewhere else!!

Offensichtlich eine bewohnte Wohnung, die kurzzeitig für die Vermietung verlassen wurde. Nie wieder
Großer Essbereich;
Schöne Terrasse;
Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer;
2 Parkplätze direkt am Haus;
Supermarkt direkt nebenan
Raucherwohnung (überall Aschenbecher);
Ameisen in der Wohnung;
Schränke voll mit privatem Kram;
Schimmel (in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad (Duschvorhang (wurde auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht getauscht)));
Nur 2 Schlafzimmer anstatt 3 (das 3. war abgeschlossen und nicht fertig - weil Vermieterin dachte, dass bei 4 Personen und Kleinkind (2 Jahre) 2 Doppelbetten reichen (wir waren ein Pärchen mit Kind, eine Freundin der Frau und deren Mutter));
Jacuzzi konnte nicht benutzt werden, „weil der Hund der Vormieter das Kabel durchgebissen hat“;
(In der Wohnung standen Hundeleckerlies und es lagen Hundebürstenhandschuhe rum;)
Die Wohnung sah aus wie bewohnt und nur kurz verlassen (ohne alle Schränke auszuräumen)
Generell war die Wohnung dreckig, klebrig und nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet;
Nicht am Strand (ca. 10 Minuten inklusive Gleisüberquerung nötig);
Meerblick nur vom rechten Rand der Terrasse;
Eine Matratze hatte einen großen dunklen (roten) Fleck;
