Dario's dad and uncle were very nice. Always in for a talk. And I don't think I ever entered a cleaner apartment then this one.

It's a little far from the city center, but taxi's are everywhere and most use Uber.

Relaxing stay

Lovely clean apartment, with attention to detail. All equipment required in kitchen. Lovely compact bathroom in our apartment. Location was great walkable to the town and local shops and bakeries near by. Bedroom had comfortable mattress with lots of storage options for clothing. Modern design and effective use of space. Pool was lovely, is about 5ft deep and for bathing, not really big enough for swimming. Very relaxing with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Is a bbq and sating area but didn't use this. Was very pleasant. Parking on site which was very convenient. Quiet, clean and safe area. I would recommend for a couple for the room we were in (there are larger apartments, I think. The photos show multiple apartments so can be misleading.)

The light on the balcony was broken/wouldn't switch on. Reported to onsite hoist but no action to fix. No broom/mop in apartment to clean, due to eating on balcony ended up with ants, only so much a dustpan will do. The room we were in isn't really big enough to have sofa bed (single) for 3rd person, would have been perfect for just two people. Didn't like the door automatically locks from outside, when only given one key because controls the electric, not convenient when 3 people in one room. Limited our ability to do different things. Would have benefited from extra pillows.

The owners of the apartment were on hand to assist with any questions and queries we had, as well as offering a late check and pick up and drop off at the airport.

The owner's dad lives in the basement apartment and was very friendly and happy to help out with any questions / problems. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The private pool is a great selling point, ideal for lazy days or a quick dip after a trip out.

Relaxing stay in Zadar

Very friendly Josef keeps place immaculate great to have pool when it gets hot in Zadar,it’s not heated therefore refreshing it’s about 20-25 minutes walk to old town.Property has local friendly corner shop that’s reasonable with good selection within 2 minutes walk great bakeries around. Great base for Zadar also there’s parking for cars if needed

The owner was constantly cleaning, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. He used a leaf blower by the pool while people were lying out in the middle of the day. Not necessary.

Exceptional

In case you want to visit Zadar with family and save your domestic atmosphere you'd better stay at this place - every small detail from the very comfortable bad to the beautiful spoon are present in you appartment. Swimming pool is clean and comfortable too - every guest has enough space. By the way, thanking to the size of pool my daughter now can swim in confident way. Thank you for pleasant time in July 2023.

Pleasant stay and friendly host.

Excellent service, property is spotless clean, pool is nice and wasn't busy, host was very friendly and always available in case we needed anything and did ask us a few times if everything is ok and if we need anything at all. There are a Lidl, Spar and few super stores all within 5 minutes walking distance so getting things was pretty easy. Uber is 4 euro to city centre, but I only used it once, walking wasn't bad and it only takes 12 minutes to town (I'm a fast walker), I enjoyed my time and happy with the service.

I think the property could use a a plug-in fly killer etc as flies were a problem if you keep the doors open.

Clean, smart and affordable.

Dario and his family were so lovely. They were helpful and kind. The apartment was really modern and well equipped to cook in but there were great restaurants within walking distance also. It was really easy to book uber taxis if you didn't feel like walking into town.

Stunning new apartments

Dario and Joseph made us feel very welcome at their fantastic new build apartments. They are absolutely flawless, well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool and patio are perfect to relax and cool down. Joseph keeps the area very well maintained and clean. There are shady and sunny spots as well as a family area with BBQ. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to Kolovare beach and the Old Town. We used Uber when it was too hot to walk. They are plentiful and around 40HRK into town. We’ll be returning. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. Thanks!

Flat is good location , very clean and modern. Host very friendly. Loved the pool, and easy check in and check out.

Small isues like cettle won't start , but has coffee machine so there was alternative . Would be nice to have washing tablets at least 2 cos needed to buy full pack but not essential. In general no complains , loved the place

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Super Ausstattung, man hat alles was man braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gestellt und einmal gewechselt. Schöner Außenbereich und Pool. Man hat sich sehr schnell wohlgefühlt! Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und der Flughafen Shuttle hat ebenfalls ohne Probleme geklappt. Man konnte alles in 15-30 min gehen erreichen. Vorhallen die Nähe zum Busbahnhof war für Tagesausflüge praktisch. In der Umgebung gab es einige Supermärkte und Bäckereien und die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig.

Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany. Gospodarze bardzo dbają o czystość. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria na wakacjach. Basen jako udogodnienie wraz z strefą wypoczynku. Blisko do piekarni i Lidla.

Z apartamentu trochę daleko na plażę czy do centrum. Czasami gospodarze uciszali dzieci bawiące się w basenie w ciagu dnia.

Rodzinne wakacje

Byliśmy na wakacjach tydzień czasu (2 dorosłych i dziecko lat 8), po przyjechaniu na miejsce przywitał nas życzliwy Pan Józef :). Bardzo uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty człowiek, wszystko pokazał, wytłumaczył, komunikacja bardzo fajna. Apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony, w basenie woda czysta i ciepła. Klimatyzacja sprawna,duży plus ,że była w obydwu pokojach. Miejsce postojowe dostępne , ogólnie blisko do starego miasta i plaży. Gdybym miała jechać jeszcze raz to na pewno wybrała bym to samo miejsce.
