De centrale ligging en niet ver van het busstation. De goede accommodaties in het appartement waren in orde.
Het terras was niet zoals op de foto. De deur ging moeilijk dicht van het terras. Dus heb ik het risico niet genomen om nog naar buiten te gaan zitten op het terras. Soms was de lift niet in werking en is het wel te voet naar de 14de verdieping want nogal vermoeiend was met de boodschappentas.

Very modern and stylish, recently designed/decorated interior. Very good facilities, modern shower, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge. Fantastic view from the balcony across to the sea and Zadar harbour. Parking was easily available in the parking area around the building.
No complaints here. It was about 15-20 mins walk to old town. Sometimes nicer to grab a taxi rather than walk. The apartment block is an older building (and quite an old lift!), with other old high-rise blocks in same area, but it felt like a community neighbourhood, very friendly people coming in & out, and houses nearby that are well maintained, with their gardens being looked after. Coupled with the very modern interior of the apartment this felt pleasant overall.
