Perfect location

This location was a dream!!! We stayed less than a 5 minute walk from a lovely local beach, restuarants within a 10 minute walk. The centre of Zadar in the old town was only a 30 minute walk away, we walked this many times, but also I suggest getting UBER if you are tired from a busy day out, it cost like 4 EURO! The balcony was amazing and the flat felt very spacious and clean. The host/accommodation provider was so so helpful and kind. They met us on arrival and responded so quickly to any question we had. Couldn't recommend more!!!

Dreamy sea view

We arrived earlier than the check in time and our room was ready. The host was friendly and everything was clean and as described in the booking. The balcony overlooked the water which was a major plus for us! Location was superb, 2 steps away from the beach!

Superb

Location is top. You can walk to the beaches. The nearest beach is 2 to 3 mins walk, but as we did not like it, we walked about 10 mins to get the kolovare beach. You can also walk to Zadar centre, it is like 15-20 mins. It might sound long, but it is lovely route with beaches along the way. Or of course you can also go by car and park there. Parking costs about 1.30 - 2 euro per hour. Bed was really comfortable, it was spacious studio. We liked it and strongly recommend it.

Great short stay!

Good location of the house (50m to the coast and a lot of small silent bays, but a large crowdy beach is nearby too). All of the beaches are rather stony. Apartment with spacious room, full equipped kitchen. TV and wifi (medium-speed). Air condition, roller blinds on the windows, big bathroom with hairdryer and towels. Half-sea view from all the windows. There is a private parking too. The houskeeper is very helpful and kind.

We had a good stay there.

Near the beach, calm area, very clean apartment. Nice owner who gave us a lift back to the airport. Smart tv was also appreciated. The air cond was a must and kept the place cool.

A bit far from the centre (20+ mn walk), the kitchen would benefit from a microwave as it is very minimalist.

A very pleasant stay...a lucky find in high season

Breakfast wasn't included but there were places to eat nearby and a shop only a couple of minutes walk away The apartment was in a pleasant location, very close to the sea. It was a pebble beach but relatively quiet with clear water , good for swimming. The apartment owner was very helpful, giving advice on where to eat etc and offering airport transfers

It was a straightforward walk along the front to the old town but a little longer than i would have chosen. We did it every day, morning and night but maybe a taxi back wouldn't have been a bad idea.

Overall good

Pros: -the apartment is big and spacious -it has a nice balcony -it had a minikitchen full with everything you need + fridge -it is very close to the sea/beach (2min walking) - but it‘s a „wild“ beach (no amenities) -the owner was really nice and let us check in later than the regular hour. Thank you! :)

Cons: -the bedroom was VERY hot. There is an AC in the living area but it‘s not enough for the bedroom -the bed was not that comfortable :( we had 2 single beds instead of a double bed which was not mentioned in the room description/any pictures on booking -the location is both a pro and a con, it‘s close to the sea but 30 min away by foot from the city center

Exceptional

I liked everything! I stayed in the studio, quite big for a studio actually (~40sqm), it has a big terrasse and a bathroom. The beach literally is a minute walk from the place, quite nice one and not as crowded as the one more towards the centre. There is a shop 3 minutes walk away and a bigger a little further in. The only downside that the centre is a good half hour walk, a nice walk though especially in the eve. I took a taxi sometimes and that was also quick and reasonably priced. If you’re not too keen on going out, and want a quieter, comfortable stay, this one is for you.

The position is very nice, staff is very polite and always available for questions. The apartment was very big and equipped with everything we needed.

There was noise every day during the whole day so it was impossible to rest after lunch - when it's hotter at the beach. I guess partially was due to very rude guests in the room near us who would slam the door at any time of the day (I've got a mini heart attack every single time). There were also kids screaming and playing ball inside (!!!) one of the apartment (luckily this was just one day), and somebody seemed like was moving heavy furniture every day. So it wasn't exactly very relaxing. The good part at least was that in the night was quiet.

we liked everything about the property. it was super close to the beach, which wasn’t crowded at all. the Host was very very kind and went way out of his way to help us with airport transfer, Ferry transfer and recommendations. the apartment had everything we looked for- great kitchenette, TV with Netflix and youtube, Air conditioner was cherry on the the top. it was quite spacious, the photos doesn’t do justice to the actual beauty and space of the apartment. we wanted to book the Apartment again for one night but its booked on the date due to heavy demand of this Apartment, hence I suggest to book the apartment as when it becomes available. Value for money property in real Term.

A gem near the beach

The place was very clean and the host super friendly and helpful. A perfect beach is just next to the property and the street along the sea is beautiful. We also had a seaview from our balcony - a perfect stay for a vacation at the seaside.

There were facilities in the apartment that we just couldn't figure out how to turn on - we couldn't find the switches for some lights and the extractor. It's a 20 minute walk to the beginning of Zadar old town, you should be prepared for that or bring a bike or an e-scooter. Also, there's not many stores close by.

Fantastic flat in Zadar

Amazing flat with beautiful views over the water and islands beyond. Host was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure that my stay was memorable. Flat was spotless and well appointed. Comfy bed, bright and spacious throughout. Beach is directly in front of property, with lovely walk along the coast in either direction. Will definitely stay here next visit to Zadar.

A nyugalom a kényelem, senki sem zavart minket, olyan volt mintha otthon lennénk! A nagy sétákból és strandolásokból jó érzés volt megérkezni és gyönyörködni a tengerben reggelente kávézni a kis teraszon!

Egy modernebb kávéfőző és egy modernebb légkondi,egy mikro is megkönnyítené a dolgot,de mindez nem rontotta a hangulatunkat! Jövőre is visszatérünk ha lesz lehetőség! Imádtam!

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Osobne wejście dla gości. Pokój czysty, klimatyzowany. Kuchnia skromna ale da się przygotować posiłek. Łazienka super czysta. Do dworca autobusowego 5 minut znakomity punkt wypadowy do samodzielnych wycieczek . Do centrum ok 20 minut.

Brakowało miejsca do wypoczynku w ogrodzie. Balkon był od słonecznej strony i nie było jak odpocząć w cieniu. Albo zamykasz balkon i włączasz klimę albo idziesz na spacer szukać cienia drzew.

...Nem először jártunk Zadarban....ennek függvènyében értékelek.... Az apartman kényelmes, tiszta, és minden igényt kielégítő volt. A kilátás a teraszunkról a tengerre pazar volt, tökéletes hely a pihenéshez. Az apartmantól két perc sèta a tengerpart. Tökèletes fürdèsi és strandolási lehetősèggel. Zadar "óvárosa" 20 perc gyalog, èlelmiszerbolt 5 percre az apartmantól! Nagyon szívesen visszamennék akár most,😀 és bátran ajánlom mindenkinek! Külön köszönet a szállásadó a barátságos és segítőkész hozzáállásáért, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

В апартаментах було майже все необхідне. Постіль і рушники ідеально чисті,якісні. Посуду достатня кількість. Розташування дійсно в кроці від пляжу.

На вікні в ванні кімнаті не вистачає жалюзі або штори, також на вікнах немає антимоскітних сіток. Під час відпочинку в сусідньому будинку йшов ремонт, тож зранку часто прокидалися під гучні звуки .

Świetny weekend w Zadarze

Mali Rog to bardzo wygodny apartament usytułowany prawie nad morzem, 25 minut spacerem od starego miasta. Blisko restauracji oraz plaż, w cichej części Zadaru. Wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, balkon. Sympatyczni gospodarze. Miejsce godne polecenia, na pewno tam wrócimy!

Wszystko było super! Jedyna sugestia- wiatrak. W apartamencie jest klimatyzacja, ale sama cyrkulacja powietrza nie jest najlepsza, więc wiatrak bardzo by się przydał w upalny dzień.
