Location was good despite 25 min walk into town. Sea front very close. Beach close too. Other local facilities. I have already scored as per above. Good view of the sea. No other view.
The outside environment immediately around the apartment block was scruffy. Needed a good tidy up. I dare say apartment shared with others in the block and nearby blocks, but if there is a management company looking after the shared areas they need to pull their socks up. No toaster despite it being listed. We managed to make some toast in the waffle maker.

apartment was beautifully bright, clean and has amazing views. The host has very thoughtfully left supplies for cooking, shampoo etc and is very good with communication.
