The place seemed a little tired decor wise and too much furniture in the bedrooms leaving them feeling cramped

Amazing experience! Jacuzzi nice and clean, very cool Host and also Airport Transfer was possible! Highly recommend it!

Kitchen is quite small like a lot of apartments but fully equipped and well laid out.

Appartement view a very nice view and the jacuzzi: wouah! The apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. We received very nice advices for locations to visit in Zadar considering we were staying only 2 days.

The Penthouse is really awesome. Great view from jaccuzi for a city. Beautiful memories 🥰 I recomend as well delicious restaurant „4 kantuna” (old town). Very kind and usefull personel (Andrea).

The view, the spaciousness, the large terrace, the fact that two bicycles were available for use, the wine as a welcome present. The apartment also comes with some basic necessities for cooking (salt, oil, baking paper etc. which came very handy).

Overall it was a great stay. It's a pity there were no sun loungers / deck chairs / dinner table on the terrace (only a coffee table and armachairs).

Beautiful apartment with sunroom, rooftop living room and jacuzzi. Comfortably furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. Parking is A+++. Great host

Nessun difetto

Der Whirlpool war grandios um die Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Man kann zu Fuss in die Stadt. PP in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Lift vorhanden. Nur in der Wohnung hat es eine Wendeltreppe. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein um die schöne Dachtterasse zu geniessen.

Die Schiebetüren waren alle etwas defekt. Beide Betten 1.60m daher eher klein für zwei grosse Menschen. 2. Decke vorhanden. Es gibt so einige Sachen an den Wänden mit Defekten, welche etwas überdeckt und kaschiert wurden, aber alles in allem hat es nichts mit der schönen und zentrumsnahen Lage zu tun.

Die Lage und die unglaubliche Aussicht. Auch der Gastgeber war großartig!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

A szállás a városközpontban, egy viszonylag új építésű, liftes társasház 8. emeletén található penthouse lakás volt, csodás kilátással Zadarra és a tengerre – nappal és este egyaránt lenyűgöző volt a panoráma. A lakás modern, ízlésesen berendezett, teljesen felszerelt és tiszta volt. Minden szobában külön klíma működött, ami a nyári melegben különösen kényelmessé tette az ott-tartózkodást. A jakuzzi is tiszta és jól karbantartott volt – tökéletes kikapcsolódási lehetőséget nyújtott. Egy fürdőszoba WC-vel, valamint egy külön WC is rendelkezésre állt, kézmosóval, mosógéppel és szárítógéppel – nagyon praktikus, főleg hosszabb tartózkodás esetén. A vendéglátó pontosan érkezett, kedvesen fogadott minket, mindent részletesen elmagyarázott a szállásról, és még egy üveg borral, valamint a gyerekeknek egy-egy fagyival is kedveskedett. Éttermeket, kirándulási lehetőségeket is ajánlott, ami nagyon hasznos volt. A környéken a parkolás egyébként nehézkes lehet, de a szálláshoz tartozott egy mélygarázsban lévő parkolóhely, ami biztonságos, és az autó is hűvösben marad. Boltok, pékség, gyorsétterem és Interspar is pár perc sétára található. Strandolni a közeli NIN városát ajánljuk, kb. 20 km-re van, de nagyon szép és családbarát. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk – igényes, kényelmes, jól felszerelt szállás gyönyörű környezetben. Szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral man braucht kein Auto um sich Zadar anzuschauen Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Essen zu holen sind 6 Meter
