fantastic apartment , great host, value for money, fix the water pressure

location, cleanliness, the balcony, the lounge /kitchen area were great and so was the host.

the only thing about the property was the water pressure, it was not strong at all and if the weather was colder it would have been a problem but luckily the weather was warm.

Great location 5 mins walk from old town over the walk bridge. Supermarkets and cafes near by.

Fantastic location for Zadar old town. The bridge to walk over was a 5 mins walk along the marina. Good size and great parking for our 8 seater hire car!

Beautiful value for money well located apartment

Apartment was well located about a kilometers walk from old town and close to supermarket. The size was good and it was well stocked and clean. Our host was very efficient with directions and any help that we required. Overall lovely apartment

The individual bedrooms had no air conditioning so one had to keep the doors open to get cooling from an ac in the passage. Hence if travelling with multiple families no privacy

What a great apartment, location is perfect to Old Town, recommend to stay here to others

Location is awesome. Plenty of room in apartment. All very neat and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook. Linen was good quality. Bathrooms are a good size.... Thoroughly recommend this apartment to others.....

No private parking, initial booking stated and that was why we booked....... But we did find two spots free so didnt mark the place down..... Apparently the blurb has been changed now to more accurately reflect....

beautiful place, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, close to old town, clean, reasonably priced, private and secure entrance. we’re happy we stayed here.

bed was a little stiff for my liking but still had a good sleep and everything was clean and welcoming.

Nice, clean, spacious apartments at a reasonable price.

The layout was great with a kitchen and sitting area. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment with a washing machine. It was very spacious and an easy walk to Old Town. The only problem was we had two apartments for the 6 of us and we had to deal with two different people to let us in and they weren’t very thorough in their explanations of getting in the apartments-in two different buildings-and any help with getting around or other general information. We also had to wait about 20 minutes for the keys which was okay as the weather was nice.

We recommend this place

We stayed at the two-bedroom apartment - it is new, very close to the old-town and the underground parking is very helpful if you arrive by car. The communication for the check-in was easy.

Convenient location

Spacious property which could easily accommodate 8 of us. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in living room and 1 room with bunk double bed in bottom and a single on top. Kitchen has all essential stuff and the old town is stone’s throw away. The house is clean and comfortable. All AC’s worked well.

We were provided 2 keys.one of the keys did not work as it was partly broken. No glass plate in the microwave. Shower head not working well in the bathroom leading to erratic sprays to the bathroom ceiling.
