The apartment was in an ideal place to visit the old town. Lovely garden that was a little oasis. Ana was very knowlegable and extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was ever too much bother. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Stunning accommodation, attentive host and great location / value.

The property is excellent. We were really impressed with the high, lofty ceilings and spacious rooms, and the garden terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast. The check-in process was easy, Ana was very communicative and gave very easy to follow instructions to find the accommodation, parking and keys and offered recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

Very charming

An exceptionally artistic place with a charming little courtyard and a great location – close to the old town but away from the crowds. If your goal is to relax with friends and enjoy a peaceful stay, this is the perfect spot.

The apartment is on a noisy street and on the ground floor, so it’s not very convenient to keep the windows open.

A very charming villa. Everything was perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was the staircase seemed a little dangerous (as we had a 4 year old who kept wanting to climb it!)

Perfect

We loved the location. By the marina and a short walk to the old town. The other direction was a short walk to a nice beach and beach bar. We loved daily swims. The apartment was so beautiful inside, really well equipped. It was a beautiful historic property with a lovely garden snd terrace. We loved it. And would book again.

Perfect location. Central for everything. Spotlessly clean. plentiful cooking facilities and condiments etc. Had all the equipment needed should you wish to cook a meal. Beautiful garden and outdoor seating area. Host very quick to respond. Parking facilities in garden which was ideal.

Great location, great free parking

Great location, a 10min walk to the old town (or a 2min taxi boat). Great if you are coming by car, the parking is in the property garden and hidden from the street views. The property has everything you need for a longer stay.

The bed mattress was very hard, but this is a subjective preference. By the bed, there is a ventilation opening connected directly to the building hallway: in the morning you can hear anyone passing through the hallway

Lovely stay in Zadar

Very well located, only 10 mins walk from old town and 1 min from the marina. The apartment is very well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. Parking is available in the garden free of charge, if you come to Zadar with a car this is a big plus. We had a lovely stay!

The place was very well maintained, very short walk from old town. The apartment itself was well equipped. The hosts were warm and friendly. They also briefly described the city map and the accessibility on the day of arrival. The boat ride to old town from this apartment is very pleasant!

Basic but nice apartment in a handy location with free parking.

It was a nice change from a hotel. We had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen and bathroom. A lovely man, Bravia met us on site and showed us on a map places to see and where everything we needed was. Not a luxurious apartment but perfectly fine for a night or two. Free parking was handy too.

Beautiful old character building. Plenty of room to move. Ana was the perfect Host,

Ana it is time to replace the Mattress in the main Bedroom. The Topper is good however; the Mattress is worn out and the Topper is fighting a losing battle.

Great weekend in Zadar

Ana who is responsible for villa got in touch with us straight after we booked it and kept in touch until our stay. She even managed to get us an early check in which was great so we got to explore the area earlier than planned. Villa is in a great location. Few restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby and only a 15 minute walk to the old town. The villa is gorgeous inside. Huge open plan living area and two nice bedrooms. Bathroom was a bit basic but your only in it to get showered so didn't bother us. The garden is well kept and was lovely to sit outside with a prosecco. Would definitely stay again and would recommend the villa to friends. We had a great weekend here.

Nothing to really dislike about the villa. Had just about everything you needed for our weekend stay. I would say providing a kettle and toaster would be a great addition and some instructions on how the oven and fire worked but we got by.

Terrific two night stay nicely finishing off a wonderful holiday in three Balkan countries

Approaching the property we were unsure we had chosen well but we could not have been more wrong. It was a terrific apartment in a lovely villa and gardens with plenty of character and history. The wonderful friendly owner gave us a run through the details on our arrival. She took time out to make suggestions and answer our questions. We also had made contact on WhatsApp which was really useful arranging arrival although not really needed once we settled in. The apartment has been tastefully modernised inside with free parking in the grounds. Location is good although you need to walk around the harbour into the old town. Alternatively there is a nearby water taxi service which runs late into the evening which was fun and cut the time. Zadar old town was a revelation, as was its waterfront. Best of all the promenade and streets were not crowded in late June with plenty of places to eat and sites to visit. Although our time there was limited, we enjoyed the outside terrace. The kitchen was well designed and there was a very local convenience store which stocks most of what you might need.

Proveli smo prekrasan vikend u ovom apartmanu. Apartman je smjesten u prekrasnoj kuci do koje se dode prolazeci kroz zelenilo i vrt, jako je prostran, sa lijepim namjestajem i dekorom. Kreveti su vrlo udobni, a domacini izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi. Za svaku preporuku!

Studio Appartement - Appartement

Aufgepasst. Bekommt ihr ein Studio Appartement bestätigt, dann ist Schlafraum oben, sehr eng und ohne Tür. Sprich: man hört immer, was unten los ist oder wenn jmd ins Bad geht. Für eine Familie mit 2 kl Kindern vielleicht toll, für alle anderen nicht. Es gibt bei der Buchung keinen Unterschied, ob man Appartement oder Studio bucht, das ist nicht wählbar. Wird einem vor Ort aber weiß gemacht. War für uns ärgerlich. Die Küche ist zu klein für 4 Personen und sehr dunkel.

le top pour visiter Zadar tout en étant au calme et avec un grand confort !

Villa impeccable, grande, bien décorée, bien équipée. .j'ai passé 3 nuits super ! on se gare à 10 m, on est au calme, pas un bruit la nuit, literie au top, wifi au top, à 5 minutes à peines du centre de Zadar, vraiment idéal pour visiter la ville en toute tranquilité. Ana, l'hote, est au top, trés sympa et prete à aider au moindre probleme (elle s'y connait en wifi !! - moi beaucoup moins..) bref je recommande à fond pour ceux qui veulent visiter zadar en étant en confort et au calme. MErci Ana !

Heerlijk genoten!

Super mooi plek om even heerlijk te genieten! Tijdens ons verblijf hield de vaatwasser ermee op. Binnen 5 minuten stond er iemand voor de deur om te komen kijken en toen het niet meteen opgelost kon worden kregen we het extra grote appartement aangeboden. Wij hebben echt genoten!

De warmwater boiler is redelijk snel leeg. Dus na mekaar douche is lastig.

Das Studio ist für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend.

Die Lage war perfekt. Idyllischer Garten, obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Straße liegt. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 12 Min.)

Wir hatten das Studio gebucht. Das Bad war sehr eng. Im Schlafzimmer fehlen Nachttische. Die Küche hat nur ein winziges Fenster. Die Wohnung ist recht dunkel.
