great stay.

the apartment was clean and new, bed was very comfy and I liked the fact that I could go by foot everywhere I wanted to, the old city and beach. Apartment also offered 2 bikes which was great but since I was with a small dog I did not have chance to use it.

if there were nets on the windows it would have been possible to keep the windows open and switch off the aircon at night.

Great place to stay in Zadar

Anita is so nice to us! Our flight got delayed so we came after the check in time, but she was so calm and wanted us not to worry just take our time. She explained where to eat, visit and the best way to get to Zadar center to us. The apartment is clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is very convenient, with bakery and supermarket just 3 mins away. So we got fresh bread in the morning. We had a wonderful stay there. Highly recommend to anyone.

Exclusive apartment

Fully equipped apartment, kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses, everything you could need. Also cosmetics available and towels, changed every two days. Excellent location to the center and the beach. Nearby bakery, restaurants, shop and pharmacy.

Short and sweet – I’ll be back!

The apartment owners are so kind and warm-hearted. Upon arrival, I received great information about the city and the apartment. The place has everything you need and more - better than any hotel. There’s a bakery and a mini-market very close to the apartment, as well as great restaurants, and the sea is also just a short walk away

Anita is a very friendly excellent host. Studio is spotlessly clean.

The location was good, bikes were free to use, so 10 minutes ride to the old town. Bakery, pharmacy and market less than 5 minutes away. Anita welcomed us when we arrived with lots of info, map and recommendations.

Great location, lovely apartment and really great to have use of the free bikes. Anita was so helpful. Zadar is a fab place to visit.

That we had to leave and the weather meant we did not get to see the National Park. We will return.

Nice stay, close enough to walk to old Zadar town

We had the deluxe studio, which had its own entrance, outdoor seating area and 2 bikes to use. The studio came with a kitchen area (sink, 2 plate stove, kettle, microwave, toasties maker, fridge, pots, plates and utensils), a high bar style table & chairs, own bathroom with shower, a bed and couch. The windows in the main room had Rollo shutters that kept the room nicely dark and a bit quieter during the night. Lovely trees on the road with the birds singing in the morning and the nicest smelling shrub just outside the gate. Anita was super friendly and helpful

The road could get a little noisy at times, but nothing too drastic.

Lovely flat in the midst of Zadar

Nice place to visit Zadar! The old city centre is about a 20 minutes walk away and there are a few of restaurants near the small haven. In front of the door it's easy to find a parking spot and the rooms are spot-on what you can see on the pictures. The best part was our host Anita who gave us some great insights for our sightseeing trip and made my girlfriend's birthday special like that!

There's a crowded street in front of the door but you can't hear anything unless you're outside

Nice and clean place, with a short walk (15 min) to the coast, 20-25min to the city. Nice and friendly host, to be recommended. Some nice restaurants are really close.

Great value for money! Anita was the best host ever. She met us when we arrived and introduced us to the area and she was so helpful during our stay. The location is great near some nice stone beaches and the apartment had everything we needed.

Zadar stay

This clean and well-presented studio apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the old town as well as strolling to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful with good recommendations and the bikes were a lovely addition. The inside terrace provided extra space to relax. We enjoyed our stay here - thank you!

Anita, the host, was super friendly and helpful. She speaks very good English and gave me a lot of suggestions on where to go and what to see. She also organized the taxi to pick me up from the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the small kitchennette had all one would need. Two bikes were available.

I liked everything, but I do have a comment - the water heater in the bathroom is not superbig. I never ran out of hot water, but for a family of 2 or 3, who love long hot showers, this might become an issue.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super! Die Vermieterin hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe viele Tips und eine ausführliche Einweisung in das Appartment gegeben. Die Räume waren supersauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffekapseln, Wasserkocher, TV, Klima etc.) Die Vermieterin ins extrem nett und hat sich auch immer wieder erkundigt ob alles ok ist. Von der Lage her ist man in guten 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und in ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt in Zadar. Ausserdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe kleine Diskounter zum Einkaufen. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Appartment abgestellt werden. Absolute Empfehlung!
