About this villa rental

Just a short distance from the ocean, this pet-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 20-minute drive to Borik Beach or the 5-minute drive to Beach Puntamika (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a BBQ grill, air conditioning, local meal delivery service, and an office. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. The kitchen was well supplied with all the basics needed and good equipment. The pool and sun bathing area was lovely and quiet too. Our hosts were welcoming, charming and kind and offered every kind of help eg excursion planning and arrangements. This included noticing that my daughter had a birthday during our stay and offering to provide a surprise birthday cake for her! The cake was delicious!! The apartment is a 10-15 minute drive from the old town, which was perfect and gave easy access to local shops and the motorway system and local beaches. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxed stay!
