Distance from old town is not really walkable but Bolt taxis are cheap and available. Need more info on local bars and restaurants but we managed very well. A state of the art coffee machine but no instructions. An electric toaster would be good

Our stay there was exceptional we went there for my 30th birthday, the apartment was spotless, beautiful, with everything you needed and even more, perfect location from the airport and only 15 min walk to the centre. The owner Zrinka was so so so lovely, we were checking in very late, after midnight and she was still waiting for us! She was very helpful and very friendly, we felt like at home! Highly recommended and we will be definitely back as this place have a special place in my heart 💖

Perfect apartment for a wonderful and comfortable holiday

Quite central location for this apartment. Bakery and small grocery shop only 3-4 minutes to walk. Extremely nice garden and pool area in a quiet area of the city (total privacy). The apartment was clean and tidy. Air condition in all rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bedrooms incl. bathrooms – good quality of the beds. We used a rental car, which is recommended if you want to discover the area around Zadar. Privat parking included. Uber & Bolt is also available if you would not like to drive. Very helpful and cozy host who did everything to ensure that guests have a perfect holiday.

everything was just amazing - starting the garden 🪴 and swimming pool, finishing with cozy apartment design👍❤️. In the apartment you can find everything you could need - free bottle of wine🙂, soft towels, well equipped kitchen, air conditioner in all rooms! if we will come back to Croatia, we definitely chose this place to stay longer.

An organized, high end, immaculate apartment. Within walking distance of major attractions like Old Town Zadar. Safe, secure parking. Lovely pool (although we did not use it). The property has lovely outdoor spaces where you can relax. There is a large grocery within 10 minutes walk of the apartment, too, so you can easily get anything you need. The unit has two and 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a half bath off of the living room that also contains the washing machine. There was also a clothes drying rack on one of the balconies. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful in every way!

This place is even better than the write up and the photos. We loved every minute. It’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Zadar and lovely and quiet. The flat was full I’ve lovely touches like drinks in the fridge, a new pool float each day etc and Toni was a fab host. We looked to rebook on day 2 because we loved it so much but they were already booked. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

High quality, luxurious, perfect apartment, even better than a 5-star hotel. Every small detail is wonderful and well-planned, thanks to Zrinka and Boris. Shops and downtown can be reached on foot too. We were treated as family by the fantastic owners. We will return soon. Much more than 10 points.

Boris is the best host that I have ever met. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. He takes really good care of the property and the apartment itself is marvelous. You can see with the naked eye that he did not spare any money when he invested in this apartment.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt.

Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war alles sehr modern, vor allem die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Balkonen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und schön. Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu Fuß waren Bäcker und Supermärkte erreichbar. Mit einem Uber war man in nur wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und am Meer. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und entspannender Urlaub und wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen.

Świetny pobyt!!!

Apartament robi niesamowite wrażenie. Jest pięknie urządzony, właściciele zadbali o każdy, najmniejszy nawet szczegół. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko czego potrzebujemy, a nawet więcej. W lodówce znaleźliśmy wino, wodę, sok a na stole w salonie talerz ze świeżymi owocami. W salonie znajduje się duży, rozkładany narożnik. Każda z dwóch sypialni posiada własną garderobę i dużą łazienkę. Apartament znajduje się w cichej okolicy, więc wieczory i noce są tam bardzo spokojne. Kilka razy korzystaliśmy z grilla w ogrodzie, co jest wielkim aututem, gdy chcesz przygotować coś do jedzenia na miejscu. Właściciele są bardzo mili i starali się bardzo, aby umilić nasz pobyt. Dziękujemy. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy!!!

Traumhaftes Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit liebevollen Gastgebern und perfekter Ausstattung

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Anwesen ist äußerst gepflegt, mit großer Einfahrt, elektrischem Tor und ausreichend Platz zum Parken. Besonders schön: Wir hatten einen eigenen Eingang, während die Eigentümer direkt über uns wohnen. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt – man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe darin steckt. Schon am Tor wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber freundlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld über WhatsApp war unkompliziert und schnell. In der Wohnung selbst war alles blitzsauber. Zur Begrüßung wartete eine große Schale Obst, eine Flasche Wein und weitere Getränke auf uns – so eine Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man wirklich selten. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad sowie einen kleinen begehbaren Schrank – perfekt, um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch der Pool stand ausschließlich uns zur Verfügung. Besonders toll waren die drei Balkone, die alle mit gemütlichen Möbeln eingerichtet sind – ideal, um morgens den Kaffee oder abends ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit aufmerksam und bemüht um unser Wohlergehen. Als es einmal zu einem kurzen Stromausfall und Arbeiten am Kanal kam, bekamen wir sogar eine exzellente Flasche Wein als Entschädigung – das nenne ich Gastfreundschaft! Außerdem haben wir viele wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend, perfekt zum Entspannen. Sollten wir wieder nach Zadar reisen, würden wir ohne Zögern erneut dieses Apartment wählen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – ein echtes Juwel!

Fantastisch verblijf met top service

De accommodatie was geweldig! De foto's laten dit al zien maar in werkelijkheid overtrof het de foto's. Dit werd mede mogelijk gemaakt door de eigenaresse die alles tot in de puntjes heeft geregeld. Elke dag was ze bezig om ons verblijf zorgeloos te maken. Ze bood een top service. Nog nooit zo een geweldige accommodatie gezien dus meer dan een 10 waard. Wij bevelen het iedereen aan!
