Great stay

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed. The interior style is a bit unique, but we noticed it's quite typical for Zadar, which made the stay feel authentic. The room was a bit dark, but that’s just how the building is, not the host’s fault. One thing we absolutely loved - every time we came back, the house smelled amazing! 🧼✨ Would happily stay here again!

very clean place, good location

Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the waterfront, and pedestrian bridge, 10 minutes walk to old town and port. Our flight was delayed, and owner was flexible and could let us in even after midnight. The old lady who helped us was really kind and sweet, explaining everything in English. The whole place is very clean. Our apartment was small but served us perfectly, as we usually just need a shower and a bed.

The bathroom was rather small, but served us perfectly, no problem.

Great location stay in Zadar

Very nice location and pleasant stay.

The apartment is not very modern, the facilities are old. The aircondition could sometimes not keep up with the heat outside. The shower would not stay on one temperature and would switch between hot and cold all of a sudden. The free public parking near the apartment can be very hard to find as it is close to the old town.

The location was perfect, really near the old town (5min). The appartment was cute & clean. Our host was really nice & friendly, he gaves us some places to have a breakfast, etc…

We booked a room for three, we have a nice bedroom (that’s cool) but it was written « convertible sofa » for the second bed : it was a simple sofa… (not a small one ok, but that wasn’t something we can call « a bed ») The appartment itself was really clean, but some dishes had some old sticky food on it…

The hosts were absolutely lovely and incredibly welcoming, they brought us beer on the first night and invited us to their home on the last night for wine and cake, and even offered to drop us at the bus station the next morning. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment after check out and came back and got them. The apartment was spacious, much bigger than we were expecting. The aircon worked great and so did the wifi, although it was a bit weak in the bedroom, presumably because the router was on the other side of the apartment. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals including a kettle, toasted sandwich maker, stove, fridge + freezer, utensils and crockery. 10 minute walk to the old town and 3 mins away from a little supermarket, overall convenient location.

At no fault of the owners, the location was a little bit further than ideal from the bus station. Although 25 mins to the bus station didn’t sound too bad when we initially booked, in the 30 degree heat it was quite strenuous. We could have paid for an Uber but we’re stingy. Just something to consider if you’re wanting to walk from the bus station but have mobility issues, may not be for you.

Great location and service

The apartment is just as in pictures. It is spacious and very comfortable for two. The host is great, he even managed to save us a street parking spot, that we could see from the terace. Location is very close to the pedestrian bridge and to the old city, and the next street has free street parking we had much luck with during our stay in mid june.

For us everything was great! Just a little note if you are someone who likes scalding hot showers, this might not be the place for you. The shower water was just temper. But we didn't need warmer water to wash down the beach and summer heat.

The place is in a great location and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Spacious enough for 4 people for a good price. The communication with the hosts was really easy, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The hosts! Their kindness and friendliness exceed all my previous experiences and expectations! The apartment was sparkling clean, crispy fresh bed linen and towels, the hosts really make an effort! The location is great - just across the bridge from the old town so everything is short walking distance but without the crowds and noise. Free parking on the street in the area so you don’t have to spend a fortune on leaving your car right in front of the property. The balcony doesn’t face the street so the apartment is super quiet, at night you only hear an occasional seagull! WiFi works well unlike many locations that claim to have WiFi but then it turns out to only reach the entrance area. It was a great experience, I can recommend this accommodation from the bottom of my heart and I’m very grateful to have met the hosts. Thank you very much!

Nice apartment in a good location

The bed was large and comfortable. The host, Josip, was very helpful and replied to all of our questions regarding the surrounding areas. The area is very good and has access to the old town, port and many good restaurants (such as Giardia, which has a beautiful sea view and great food - very close by).

The pictures were slightly misleading with the bed being different to the one pictured. The boiler for the shower didn't seem to hold enough warm water as the water went cold after about 10 minutes, we even tried showering together to try and circumvent this but it still ended up cold. The faucet in the kitchen came off when turning the tap on and it sprayed water everywhere luckily I managed to screw the faucet back on but it must have been extremely loose to fly off like it did. The cutlery and kitchenware could have done with being cleaned more thoroughly.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was modern and clean. The location is good, close to the bridge which goes over to the old town. The host was friendly and helpful.

I expected a private terrace as part of the room as shown on the advertisement and photos. However, there wasn't one.

De ligging was prima.

Het was vies en oud! Niemand gezien van de accommodatie. Bij het boeken kreeg je een code en daarmee kon je je appartement in. En zo kon je ook weer vertrekken. De auto parkeren is erg lastig, alles staat vol. De douche was vies en de wc ook. Ook hing er een handdoek met vlekken erin. Gelukkig waren we er maar 2 nachten.

Top Lage!

Wir haben eine ganze Woche im Apartment verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist top! Man läuft keine 10 Minuten und ist in der Altstadt von Zadar, trotzdem ist es super ruhig! Die Gastgeberin Doris ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, das Bad war neu und sehr sauber. Das Bett groß und gemütlich! Wir haben von den anderen Gästen nichts mitbekommen, es war ruhig und gemütlich. Vielen Dank! Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr!
