I liked the proximity to old town, it was comfortable and clean.
The area looks neglected, no private parking. The garden view is a view of an unkept piece of land and there is very little natural light in the apartment.

The room was a little small for a long stay but was ideal for a couple or three night stay, which is what we did and had everything needed.
The room was advertised with on site parking but this is actually just on street and, although we were lucky in finding a space just outside when we arrived, it could have been necessary to park a distance away, which would not have been good having to transfer luggage if that were the case.
