Location: perfect as around the corner from Old Town Zadar. Easy walk. If you hire a car (highly recommend), also great to explore coastal towns above and below Zadar. Parking wasn’t too hard. If the rear car park was full then try next door outside hair dresser or Park Vruljica area - short walk.
Property itself has all mod cons and v importantly aircon in all rooms. Shower is great and beds super comfy. Cleaning materials provided as well.
Would stay here again if we return to Zadar.
Our 10 day itinerary:
Day 1: evening only - explored Zadar old town
Day 2: Nin Lagoon - not too far to het used to the hire car and roads
Day 3: Krka Natural Park. book in advance and use Lozovac entrance. Use bus to travel down and up. Also visit Roski Slap (both sides). Krka is stunning!!
Day 4: Split. Beautiful walled town. Check where you park in advance as we sat in considerable traffic. Should have gone straight to Riva Promenade car park ‘Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda 23 21000 Split’
Not cheap per hr but no time wasting. Take time to park as ppl leaving all the time.
Day 5: Plitvice Lakes. OMG so amazing. Go to car park 2 to have the best view from the start. If you book in advance don’t wait till day before as times may be gone. Need at least 4-6hrs but shorter route available. We did route C. Includes boat and return bus. One in our party did B and left us after the boat ride to return to the start (also return bus). It is worth it!! Dontworry about masses of ppl. Some points get busy and the calm stretches. Especially if you do C.
Day 6: did Zadar during the day and then local beach.
Day 7: Trogir and then coastal route to Sibenik. Amazing route. Reminds of Amalfi coast and Italian islands. In Sibenik had swim and explored town.
Day 8: Island of Pag. Explored different places and went to beach.
Day 9: Zaton. Don’t bother with the Holiday resort
Tip: As we visited coast and beaches almost every day we wished we bought a cushioned beach mattress as beaches are stony.
Shame I couldn’t add more before. Nothing not to like.
Regarding Zaton, the depth of the water is for a veey long stretch v shallow - ankle to knee height and then hardly to hips. Ideal for children!!
On Pag we went to beach but when snorkelling spotted lots of sea urchins. Near rocky seabed - be advised that water shoes are a must anyway.

The apartment is brand new, completely renovated and with very good facilities., although the first impression from the outside, the building, is disappointing, but...good news...they are going to renovate the building soon.
The hostess is very kind and friendly. She's soon available when you need.
It was a super stay.
Facilities in the sorroundings and the old town only 8 min walk.
