Wonderful accommodations, we will return

We were walking distance for the old part of town which was super nice. Restaurants & coffee shops were also close by. Parking is so limited that the owner moved his car so we could park there. This was super because one of the reasons we choice this place is because it had parking.

We rented accommodations with a water front view but it certainly was not. Other than that everything was great!

Perfect place to stay and enjoy charming Zadar!

Our host was warm and welcoming. He helped us with our free parking place. Being in our 70s/80s we really appreciated being on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved the location. It was such an easy and quick walk into the old town. We were able to walk the entire old town area. Zadar is so charming and we were thrilled to experience it!

The WiFi was slow but it wasn’t a huge deal. Reminded us of home before we got fiber optics.

I definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly hosts. The apartments are spacious and clean. There is everything you need for self-catering, coffee and tea in the room are free. There is an iron in the room. Quiet location, but close enough to the old town, the singing organ, the bus stop to the airport. A couple of minutes to the supermarket. I definitely recommend this place.

Best place in Zadar!

This place was excellent! It was such a nice location, a spacious room, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. It was only a 2 minute walk from the city centre, so it was very easy to just get up and go each morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with a stunning view from the terrace. Close to all main attractions, beaches, and shops, yet located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, and the kitchen is well equipped. The host kindly provided us with a clothes drying rack and even gifted us a bottle of wine and water — which was especially thoughtful upon arrival, when we hadn’t had time to buy anything yet. Mr. Joseph was also very kind and helpful

A gem - a quiet apartment in a great location

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Ground floor - single story! Good sized bathroom . Great location - easy 10 min walk to heart of old town. Small verandah with a drying rack. Joseph met us with keys and gave great advice. And a free lift to the bus at the end. Smart tv but we didn’t try it.

Best apartment of our stay in Croatia.

This is wonderful accommodation with the best hosts! Loved our room, location is excellent just a 5 minute walk to the Old City and a couple of excellent restaurants close by. Joseph and Marina were just delightful, friendly and helpful - we loved staying here! The apartment was fully stocked and attention to what travelers need was apparent. Crazy clean, actually very comfy bed and great sheets too!

Good apartment, but must pay in cash

The room was a very good price for a night in Zadar. There was everything you needed for a one night stay with a big and comfy bed. The shower was powerful and had lots of hot water. The room also had a big fridge, and I think had plates, cutlery etc. although I'm not sure why since there was nowhere to cook/microwave. There was a nice terrace outside the rooms which would be good on a sunny day.

You could only pay for the room in cash, which I wasn't expecting. The Booking.com needs to make this much, much clearer. The area the apartment was isn't that nice, although it is easy to get to the old town across the pedestrian bridge.

We had a very good stay here. Very kind a and friendly hosts. We even got some tangerines from them, there were drinks fro us in the fridge. The apartment was very spacious. Good pillows but the bed was too soft. A short walk to the historical center. Free street parking (nomproblem finding a free spot in november). Good value for money.

Marina is very friendly and helpful. The pillows and towels are soft. The location is great, a little step away from the Old town. And do not forget to check the Konoba restaurant just 30 seconds away from the Apartment.

Great place, even greater owner!

Very nice owner, who explained everything to us, cared for our comfort and let us arrive earlier and leave later. Also: cozy apartment, and a kitchen with full equipment.

A homey & comfortable stay

It's one of the family house running by an old couple, who were very nice. The room is not fancy, but very clean and comfortable, gives u the homey feeling. Especially the big bed and linen, reminds me of my childhood time. Location is good, ~7/8 min walk to old town/nearby supermarket, 15min to ‘The Greeting to the sun’ & 'Sea Organ'.

Nothing much. Just be aware of floor room has window to the street, hence it requires trade off between opening curtain for air flow and privacy

Really good location close to the old city centre; everything was really clean, the accommodation also contained a small bakery which was very convenient; owners are really nice and approachable if desired.
