Spacious and everything we needed. Most Comfortable bed. Joseph is very friendly and helpful. Gave us a map to find our way in the old town.

Joseph was so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The location was so close to the marina and the bridge to old town Zadar.
They provided everything someone who was travelling light would need which was really handy for us! They also provided lots of helpful travelling information for when we were leaving to head up to Plitvice lakes. Honestly cannot recommend it enough

We had an exceptional stay at Apartments Marina in Brodarska ulica, Zadar. Even though breakfast isn’t provided, the apartment more than makes up for it with how incredibly well‑equipped and spotless it is. The kitchen has absolutely everything — all the utensils, cookware, cutlery, even small things like spices, which made it feel instantly like home.
The bedroom is separate (a big plus!) and the mattress was fantastic, genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.
The location is another huge advantage: only 5 minutes’ walk to the Zadar passenger bridge, the old town, and the Church of St. Donat. Perfect if you want to explore the historic center without needing a car.
Overall, a wonderful stay — quiet, clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. I would happily return and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar
Nothing in particular. Parking in the city center can sometimes be difficult to find, but the host went out of his way to help — he even moved his own car to free up a spot for us.

Location is great, friendly staff however owner charge a fairly high price for our transportation from Airport. Better take an uber
Unfortunately the property doesn’t have a washing machine which is a must now specially on a vacation.
