An awesome property, very walkable and wonderful to have a patio to enjoy the views. Very clean with ample dishes supplied in the kitchen. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity to visit Zadar!

Nice clean apartment , and fabulous location just outside of Old Town Zadar. Apartment is good but building is quite old. Host is great, but there was a smell from the ensuite bathroom that just wouldn’t go away due to the old pipes we think For the money was fine but building does need a bit of work.

Overall the apartment was lovely and clean with great views across the bridge to the old town.However parking was very difficult and the apartment was on the 8th floor serviced by 2 tiny lifts. If you hate small lifts this may not be for you. Furthermore, the house rules booklet noted that check out was at 11am but was told in the morning of check out that the we must vacate by 10am. Just a minor oversight !

The pictures tell it all. We were so impressed with the location and accommodation itself was wonderful. The Host was super pleasant and one night we had trouble making the stove top work and she video called and helped us right away. The accommodation and the closeness to the Old town simply made Zadar an unforgettable destination. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it as a destination. We stayed 5 nights.

We had a fantastic stay at Marijana's apartment. Perfect location - walking distance to the old town but out of the busy crowds. The apartment is so spacious, well-furnished and equipped. It was lovely to have the balcony to sit on and gaze down as people moved across the bridge. Car parking was tight, although we did manage to get one in the lot beside the building (the only vacant one).

We loved our stay at Marijana’s place in Zadar. She responded to our Whats Apps very promptly. We were able to park our rental car in the lot out front for free the whole time. The place is bright and has a beautiful balcony with a nice view. Walk to the old town couldn’t be easier. Small grocery store downstairs sold what we needed during our stay. Two bathrooms was great also!

Overall, our stay was amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and well decorated. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. It’s just a short walk to old town over the bridge. Someone mentioned in a previous review, don’t let the looks of the building scare you. We did have a bit of a difficult time finding the location. The free parking is a nice touch also.

The accommodations were perfect. The location from activities and old town were terrific. What I enjoyed the most was sitting on the balcony overlooking the old town, with the lit bridge. Property was as described, and like others mentioned the downstairs construction was much different than the unit itself. We had some issues with the water, however, which was less than desirable, but it was turned back on within a couple hours of our arrival. Last note would be parking. Yes, there is a lot but it was packed and hard to find space.

From the outside and interior of the building, you may think you made a mistake in renting this apartment, but don't worry, as the apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a very nice view from the balcony. Location is great. Only a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the old town. The only thing I was not prepared for, was the lack of free parking. The parking was sparse and paid from 8:00 to 22:00. Also, since the entrance to the building is very hard to find. It's on the left SIDE of the building, so I would suggest setting up to meet the owner/manager outside to help. If I am ever in Zadar again, I would probably stay here again. Highly recommended.

Marijana was a fantastic host, making sure our check in and stay went smoothly. The apartment is spacious and spotless providing us with the essentials we needed for our two night stay. The location couldn’t be better. The walking bridge into the old city a short block away. Views are nice from its expansive balcony. We had a wonderful stay here! So convenient (free parking!), and super easy to walk back and forth across the well-lit bridge to Old Town. Lots of bakeries, coffee shops and bakeries even closer. The apartment itself is spotless (gleaming white tile with heated floors), modern, quiet, comfortable, spacious and sunny, with extraordinary 8th-floor views of the city (the building itself is a bit dreary, but just think of it as a historic relic of Cold War-era Yugoslavia). Marijana provided excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations. Would stay here again in a hot second.

The view from the apartment is fantastic! Our host, Marijana, was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed meeting her and learning about Zadar. She also gave me tips about driving in Croatia, which was REALLY helpful (thanks Marijana!). The aparment is located on the 8th floor and has free parking next to the building (we had a car). Don't worry about hauling luggage up 8 floors, there is a lift! It overlooks the pedestrian bridge to Rovinj (which lights up at night for a great picture). It's about a 1 min walk to the bridge...really convenient. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable! It was great relaxing on the sofa (with chaise loumge) while watching a movie. The apartment also has a washing machine!!!! This was very handy to wash clothes from our last destination of our vacation. There is a grocery store in front of the apartment, a Mueller store ("Walgreens" type store) around the corner (I bought a 220v electric razor there). The apartment had every amenity we needed (coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, linens, towels, etc). The apartment itself is a modern style and ABSOLUTELY beautiful! Everything worked perfectly and was extremely clean. I really don't see why people stay in a hotel when places like this make everything so perfect. I highly recommend this property.

As mentioned in previous reviews, don’t let the impression of the entrance way sway you, because you will be wowed once you get up to the apartment on the 8th floor. The elevator to take you up to the 8th is very small and slow but again the apartment is worth the ride. The balcony is very large with nice view. You are steps away from the footbridge into the old city. Marijana is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

The unfortunate part is the substandard building it is in and the smell of the lower floor is fowl. If you can get past this, the apartment is an oasis!

Everything about this was great. We were in Croatia for 3 weeks, about 10 days in Zadar. We stayed in the old town for part and here ( JUST outside oldtown - very easy 2 min walk) for 3-4 days. The apartment was great, with nice views and very comfortable. The owners were helpful and nice. I highly recommend giving this place (and Zadar) a visit - it was one of the best parts of our trip.
