An exceptional stay in a prime location!

This is an exceptional apartment at a perfect location. You are only a street away from restaurants, cafe’s and Zadar’s old city.

Parking was hard to find since it’s public, but free.

In a great location to walk over the bridge into the old town. Spacious apartment with a brand new bathroom.

There was no mention of the 70 stair climb to the top floor of the building.

Very comfortable apartment on the fourth floor.

Location is a short walk directly across the pedestrian bridge from old Zadar - a short walk (15 minutes) from the ferry dock, and a manageable 25 minute walk to the bus station. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with two good sized bedrooms, seating area and dining and kitchen. Separate air conditioning in each bedroom and in the main living area. Kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The map provided was helpful.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building so there are 4 1/2 flights of stairs to climb. If you have heavy luggage or bad knees this could be a problem. The shower head would not stay in place for a regular shower, but was a good hand held shower.

Lovely apartment, great location

Brilliant location, and very comfortable apartment with all the facilities and amenities needed.

Location is near to the old town. Rooms are big and beds comfortable.

The highest floor, had to climb up 9 flights of stairs. Air conditioning in the living room doesn't work well. Clothes airer outside with many broken and limited clothes peg. Couldn't hang many clothes outside as there were only a few pegs. No toiletries given, only toilet rolls.

Great stay

The apartment was very well located just next to the bridge to go to the old town and the sunset beach. It is spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The apartment does not has an elevator but it was not a problem for me and my friend since we travel with backpacks and are sporty. So not really a problem but just to consider for persons with troubles with mobility.

Great property, great location. Stairs were a challenge, and not so sure about the safety of the parking.

The property was close to the old town, very neat and tidy.

The five flight of stairs and we had parking out the front which was suppose to be safe, however we came down the morning of checkout to our tyres that had been let down, bit disappointed with this!

A really clean place, close to the old town & public transport

It was really easy to get the keys & as a bonus we did get an early check in because the host let us know when the apartment will be ready. Was really easy to communicate with the host. It was really clean and a bonus was that we have had enough toilet paper throughout all the stay. As well as enough towels for everyone. The 3 AC´s helped to keep us cool as well. The homemade wine was a really sweet welcome gift. Everything was really clean.

My only complaint would be that there were no cleaning supplies. I would have appreciated one universal cleaning spray to be able to clean the surfaces and bathroom throughout our stay.

it was ok for one night.

The location. The AC in the rooms worked well. The bathroom was renovated.

The beds were terrible- they felt like air mattresses. There was no top sheet- just a comforter that looked dirty and the pillow in the double bed room smelled like smoke. There was a hair in the bed. We slept on towels and used a bath towel as a blanket. The place could use some repair, apart from the bathroom, which has been renovated.

Value for money, a good 3 days in Zadar with good food, concerns about access to flat.

Clean & modern, large comfy bedrooms. Good central location.

Tatty building, poor views. Flat has 9 flights of stairs & no lift. My wife has arthritis & found the stairs very difficult. A more disabled person could not access the flat. This needs to be pointed out in the description of the flat.

Lage sehr gut

Das Appartement war nicht!!!!!!!!! gereinigt. Also gar nicht (die Betten natürlich auch nicht). Haben wir 21.00 der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Sie würde 21.15 eine Reinigung veranlassen haben wir dankend abgelehnt und haben im Schlafsack geschlafen. Eine kulante regelung hätten wir akzeptiert. Also gibt es eine ehrliche Bewertung.

Posizione super a due passi dal ponte della città vecchia e dalla marina, facilità di parcheggio. Appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato, pulito e confortevole.

Bisogna fare parecchie scale per arrivare (ultimo piano) ma si è ripagati dal vista aperta e dalla luminosità dell’appartamento

Le manque de matériel de cuisine : pas de saladier, pas de passoire, poêle à frire en mauvais état. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. L’aspirateur non vidé.

Attention l'appartement est au 5e étage sans ascenseur. L'immeuble en lui même est assez laid et le quartier pas très beau.
