Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Comfortable, good-looking. Equipped in everything you might need. Quiet neighbourhood. Lidl nearby.

Limited hot water - definetely not enough for 2 people taking a shower one by one. There was a sharp spike attached to the key that you could hurt yourself with, I have no idea why. During the day the room was quite dark, and in the night the drapes were not enough and you could see the lantern light. We didn't get along with public transport in Zadar - not intuitive, information hard to find. As a result, we had to take taxis to the city centre every time (30 minutes by foot to the centre from the property), which extended the costs. Also, if it comes to cafes, we didn't like the ones in the neighbourhood. You'd have to go the the centre to grab something nice.

Sparkling clean, a/c was cold, washer, stove, large refrigerator. Brand new property, well kept grounds, and parking!! The hosts were amazing and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing

It has been an absolutely wonderful stay. The appartment is very clean and modern, has high quality shower, which I always notice and a super comfy bed. The location is good, about 25-30 mins of walking to the city center, plus there is Lidl and a great grill place nearby. The host was very nice and accomodating, we got a perfcetly scheduled transfers from and to the airport thanks to our host. Should I ever be in Zadar again definitely staying at Maboka.

It wasn’t walking distance from the old town had safe parking in a gated lot. It was easy to ask any questions, or get help, but maybe a kind of instructions (Wi-Fi code, that water heater thing for the shower) would have been helpful. Otherwise excellent!

Great accommodation in Zadar

Brand new apartment with everything you need for fell like home. Fully equipped kitchen with soap and dishwasher. Laundry machine available with soap and softener. Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place !!

The property was spotlessly clean, decorated to a lovely standard, bed was very comfortable, good aircon, powerful shower, black out blinds in bedroom area, spacious, lovely sun trap terrace for tanning or relaxing. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends. Lidl is a 4 minute walk if you go through the park.

A little bit of light comes through the front door in the morning which is a shame because the blinds in the bedroom are so good, maybe a blind on that door would be good as well but it really was not too bad at all

Exceptional

During our stay, we were impressed by the excellent service and amenities provided by the host. The interior and exterior were both well-maintained and appeared to be new. The parking area was secure. While the location of the accommodation might not suit everyone, it was perfect for us as we came by car and needed easy access to the city center while being able to get out of town quickly. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that the area was quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Der check- in verlief ohne Probleme, Wohnung modern ausgestattet. sehr schöner privater Parkplatz. Kaufhaus in nächster Nähe.

Übler Geruch im Badezimmer und im Garten - unsere Wohnung war im Erdgeschoß! In der Nacht war es kühl. Die großen Hochhäuser gegenüber und dahinter waren erschreckend und somit kam den ganzen Tag keine Sonne in die Wohnung. Macht keine gute Stimmung. Man muss 3 km gehen bis man in die Altstadt kommt. Etwas mühsam 😕

Proper en goed uitgerust appartement met een vriendelijke host

Wij hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad in Zadar. Het appartement ligt iets verder van het centrum, maar op een kleine 20 minuutjes wandelen sta je al in het oude centrum. Het appartement zelf was zeer proper en had alles wat we nodig hadden. De host was heel vriendelijk en reageerde snel op berichtjes. Ik was iets vergeten in het appartement bij het vertrekken en ze heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik dit alsnog kon terugkrijgen.

Bequemes Bett. Relativ neue Einrichtung. Parken direkt an der Unterkunft möglich. Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sauberkeit: Schmutziges Geschirr, Haare im Badezimmer, Oberflächen staubig/schmutzig. Das ganze Gebäude besteht aus Ferienappartements und ist sehr hellhörig. Grundriss, Appartement besteht aus nur einem Zimmer. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut.

Séjour passable dans un logement loin du centre

Machine à laver avec capsules, lave-vaisselle, essentiels de cuisine (sel, sucre, etc…), douche agréable, sèche cheveux pratique, petite terrasse, TV, grands rangements, gel douche déjà à disposition

Porte d’entrée laisse passer la lumière de l’extérieur même en mettant de serviettes ça ne change rien (sachant qu’à 5h30, il fait jour), logement loin du centre (30 minutes à pied, il est compliqué de prendre des bus étant donné que les lignes ne sont pas référencées sur google maps, prévoir un budget uber conséquent (entre 4 et 15€ par trajet)). Isolation entre les logements minime, on entend les voisins parler, déplacer les tabourets, crier, etc… Matelas creusé. Un deuxième jeu de serviette n’aurait pas été de refus. Poêle carrée pas simple à utiliser sur un feu rond, un grille-pain aurait été un plus

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und einfache Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Wohnung groß genug für zwei Leute.

Es hätten ein paar Haken für Handtücher und Jacken nicht geschadet, da man diese nirgends gut aufhängen konnte. Außerdem gab es wenig Küchenausstattung und Handtücher in der Küche haben gefehlt. Letztere wurden auf Nachfrage jedoch direkt nachgebracht. Man hätte eine Erklärung für die Therme zum Erhitzen des warmen Wassers gebraucht, da diese eine Vorlaufzeit von ca. 20 Minuten hatte, bis man warm duschen konnte.

Comfortabel en mooi apartement, op niet al te lange loop afstand van het mooie historische centrum van Zadar.

Moderne, mooie inrichting. Comfortabel bed. Bij aankomst fruit, sap en water. In de keuken olijfolie, koffie, zout zwarte peper. Vlakbij een Lidl, 15 mn lopen vh historisch centrum. Gelegen in heel rustige residential area.

Voor de keuken wat keukendoekjes en handdoeken bij.
