Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owners was very easy and pleasant. We chekcked in without any problems. The location is very good - a few hundred meters from the bridge to the old town. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Interior was well done and clean. Good furnishing and facilities. Washing machine is useful. Location is relatively close to the city center.

No designated parking. Ants infestation. Dark entrance. Outdoor not appealing. Not soundproof. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom to hang everyone's towels. There were only two hooks, but if you have 3 or more people, then there is nowhere to hang the towels after a shower or beach to dry everything.

Perfect accomodation in Zadar

In a word - everything was perfect. The size of the apartment, very comfy for 4 adults, 2 bedrooms with a full king size beds, spacious bathroom, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, DolceGusto coffee machine with capsules (very nice touch), Wi Fi, large TV, very clean... Parking in front of the building, not covered, not guarded but in a quiet area. Communication with the owner smooth, key collection easy, check-in and check-out also. Location is just a few minutes walk far away from the ''cuti bridge'' and city center.

It truly felt like a home.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The location is unbeatable, just a short straight walk to the old town. Convenience is key, and this place has it all - with a grocery store right next door, a delightful breakfast spot merely two minutes away, and public parking easily accessible behind the building. As for the apartment itself, it was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need, from an iron to shampoo and even earbuds. It truly felt like a home. Highly recommended!

Lovely and well equipped apartment perfectly positioned to visit Zadar Old Town

The apartment was ideal for a visit to Zadar. It is very nicely decorated and furnished - it was very clean, modern, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It had everything you needed for a great stay. The location was excellent - it took us just a few minutes to walk to the Old town. We were able to park the car in the courtyard at the property. The host was great with communication re key etc. The apartment is on a fairly busy road being so central but with the windows closed it wasn't noisy at night (and the air conditioning kept the place cool). We would happily stay here again - just wish we had stayed longer!

The room is spacious and cozy. It was difficult to find the parking lot but the host helped me to find the parking lot. The room is well equipprd and the host is very considerate and kind. The location is not far from the center.

Despite introducing the coffee maker and dishwasher, both were not working. It was disappointing for the coffee maker, because it was shown by the host, but were not explained that it was broken nor even how to use it if it was working. It seemed like one of the cooler coffee makers.

The Apartment is brand new, after a renovation well done. The linens and towels had a good quality. The Apartment is well located just few blocks from the old town. Lucia , the owner, was very simpathetic and helpfull and welcomed us with delicious cookies. It was great for us parking our big van just behind the building.

Jednostavna komunikacija, prijava i odjava. Apartman super uredan i opremljen svime što je potrebno. Do poluotoka samo 10 min.hoda. Povoljna cijena obzirom na lokaciju i sadrzaje.

Problem oko parkirnog mjesta, obzirom da predviđenom parkiralištu svi mogu pristupiti i nema posebno rezerviranog mjesta za goste.

Két nagy hálószobás jól felszerelt, nagyon tiszta lakás. Gyalog kb 8 percre az óvárostól. A mosógéptől a teljes konyhafelszerelésig mindent kielégít a hely. Forgalmasnak tűnő út mellet van de este egyáltalán nem volt hangos a zárt ablakok mellett. Ingyenes parkolás a ház mögött. Könnyű kommunikáció és bejutás.
