Great located clean place

A super clean apartment with everything you need for cooking (utensils, no oil/sugar smth like that was included, but all the equipment was there). A very nice owner, I would say the best.

It would be nice to have a conditioner in the sleeping room also, not only in the common one.

The accommodation has several maintenance issues. The air conditioner is not cleaned or serviced, so we were breathing dust and dirt. The lid of the dining table was loose and unstable. The power socket near the sofa does not work, and the entrance door does not close properly.

The location was good ,close to a restaurant and a market,it is pretty far from the beach but it is good value for the money!The rooms were clean and the check in was smooth!The rooms were pretty big!

Holiday with friends

The appartment was clean and there were enough room for three adults to stay. Host was really nice and she helped us with everything that we needed. She also made it possible for us to arrive to the appartment middle of the night. Appartment was just like in the pictures. Air condition was great.

Kitchen had only few stuff and for example no coffee maker. There was also only a hand-held shower in the appartment.

the host was very accomodating and welcoming. even let us check out late. property isn’t far from a nice beach that isn’t packed with so many tourists.

it is about a 30-40 min walk to old town Zadar, however the listing didn’t say it was close by so that was more our doing for not realising. very good value for money with this place!
