We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Choice with Pool and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Breakfast was not included but we had a kitchen so we made our own breakfast.

Everything was great and the location was great for restaurants, bakeries and shopping.

the roadworks on the road next to the apartments were frustrating when it came to getting Ubers / taxis as many roads were closed but nothing to do with the property itself :)

Royal Disappointment

The price was ok

Too much noise from the road what is close-by, the entrance of the house not easy to find. Kitchen has broken cabinets, fungus on the doors, heating is via airconditioning and only 1 to provide heating in 3 rooms! The bathroom is small and outdated with a boiler right above the douche cabin ?!? The pool wasn't as clean as we tough it should be, we did not use the pool as the temperature did not allowed us at the time. The host is looking through a webcam to every step you make. It's absolutely not dog friendly neighbour hood, there is no space at all to walk your dog and aggressive dogs from around are barking and attacking you when passing by. The distance to Zadar centrum is way to far.

A great choice if you want some space in a busy town.

Our host Tom was amazing. He was available to message all day and gave us lots of local information on arrival which helped us locate local restaurants and shops etc. He also gave us a local map so we could plan visits to the beach and the Old Town. The apartments are in a shared 4 block with a private pool. They are modern and clean, each apartment has a private balcony and the loungers and balcony furniture are all brand new. Air conditioning is simple to use for both cooling and heat. The apartments are very clean, simply furnished with TV and WiFi available. The apartments are in a residential area, a 20 walk to the beach and a further 20 minute walk to old town. This was fine for us but worth noting if walking is a difficulty for anyone in your party. We also used local buses and found drivers to be incredibly helpful which made local travel really easy. There are two supermarkets just 5 minutes from the apartments.

There is no Wi-Fi connection although I emphasized that I was traveling on business, No cable or satelit TV, only local terrestrial programs, The heater in the bathroom did not work, very cold bathroom, the air conditioning heating was not satisfactory.

10/10, gerne wieder

Der Gastgeber war besonders freundlich! Er gab uns Tipps zur Umgebung und war sehr zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar später auschecken da wir aufgrund einer Hochzeit dort waren. Man hat sich gefühlt wie zuhause! Die Zimmer waren großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Parkplatz vorhanden!

Super!! Gorąco polecam!!

Basen, basen, basen!! Podgrzewany, woda ciepła, a był już październik. Bardzo klimatycznie, tylko cztery apartamenty, tłoku nie ma. Wokół liczne sklepy, markety. Jedyny minus, będąc bez samochodu trzeba się nagimnastykować żeby ogarnąć zasady kursowania komunikacji miejskiej. Super gospodarz, miły i dyskretny. Bardzo polecam!!!

Drobiazg - niemożność zamknięcia lufcika w oknie w łazience, latem ok, ale w październiku wiało zimnem.

Świetny basen i super właściciel blisko sklepy !

No cóż . Zdjęcia przedstawiają ten obiekt ale są zbyt cukierkowe . Brak okna w salonie ! Drzwi z tektury które są do wymiany (uszkodzone) ,głośna okolica obok droga dwupasmowa . Ale co ,właściciel musi zimą zainwestować w mały remont ( porządek z kablami ,trochę farby itd) . Ogólnie polecam nie ma co wielce narzekać . Może kiedyś wrócę
