Perfect end to our trip to Croatia

We stayed at Hana Apartments at the end of our trip to Croatia for a Flow Arts Festival, and it was the perfect place to wrap up our journey. We found the apartment online and were absolutely delighted with our choice. The apartment had everything we needed: comfortable beds, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, hot water, and a great shower. The space was spotless throughout, and anything we needed was either already provided or quickly arranged for us. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its beautiful views of the surrounding area. There’s a small bar just around the corner, which was very convenient for us, and the location overall felt peaceful yet accessible. The hosts were truly fantastic. Irena met us promptly, even though we booked last minute, and ensured everything went smoothly. On-site parking was secure, and access to the apartment was easy and straightforward. We also met Hana, her daughter, who gave us lots of tips about the area—she was so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend Hana Apartments to anyone visiting Croatia—whether it’s your first time or you're a frequent traveler. It’s affordable, clean, and above all, you’ll feel safe and genuinely cared for. We travel a lot, and this place truly stands out as a rare gem, hosted by kind and hardworking people who go above and beyond. We hope to come back and stay with this beautiful and fun family again sometime soon. Thank you for the perfect end to our trip!

Good location, can walk to places we needed. Very comfy bed and good shower. Extra towels & cups & kettle etc for a comfortable stay. Irena was lovely and picked us up late from the airport made us feel welcome!

We couldn’t turn the AC down so it was slightly cold at night but everything else was great.

Easy check in, nice helpful owner, good pressure in the shower, balcony. All basic things we needed were there. There was also parking available. Also thanks to owner for the help when we left some things and remembered after 2 days

What can be fixed is the smoke smell, it was not too bad. But we are non-smokers and we could feel it

Everything was great, the host was very nice, responsive, the house was complete, the house was very clean, it is located in an excellent area, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the old city and the sea, we look forward to coming back again.thank you Ire na

The apartment was a in a nice location that meant walking to the old town was not too far and the use of the large patio

The property was a good size for 8 people with large beds and a lovely patio which was perfect for eating and relaxing on.

Whilst there was two bathrooms there is only 1 shower meaning as a group if 8 we did have to plan turns of showers and wait for the hot water to return. It should be noted that the air conditioning unit is only in the living room/kitchen are and the bedrooms just have fans so can get abit warm when the weather is particularly hot.

Homely and authentic

Hana Apartments are located just a short distance from a couple of beaches, and great for exploring the city by foot. Although the apartments are located on the quiet side the of the city, there are lots of shops and amenities just around the corner and city town centre is just 20min away. Hosts were very kind, helpful and made me feel at home. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic Dalmatian experience with such great hosts!

Great!

Irene is an amazing host, she helped us with many problems and gave us recommendations for the transport inside the city. The cleaning was perfect and even if there were some small problems inside, our stay was absolutely comfortable and quiet. We used to walk to the city-center many times (30 mins) so the location is also a plus. I strongly recommend the place.

The apartment was amazing! Such a perfect location only 15 mins walk into the centre, the hosts were incredible! Such a lovely warm welcome with wine and treats and they had cooked us a lovely pasta sauce. Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay, I highly reccomend to anyone staying in zadar to pick this place!

OK place for low budgets but doesn't expect much, especially a good wifi/internet connectivity

The location was good, not close to the beach but I wasn't traveling for the beach, so the centrality and near walking distance to most parts of Zadar were good

The room was smaller than expected, although this was a lower budget stay so I suppose it should come with lower-budget expectation, but really the thing that killed me was the horrible wifi/internet, it was awful

We were there with two families 4+4. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and very well equipped I mean kitchen, bath, bedrooms. The host was very kind and supportive during our stay. Location is about 25 minutes by foot to the Borik sandy beach and similar distance to the old town. I fully recommend this apartment for stay in Zadar.
