Es ist tatsächlich gemütlicher als auf den Bildern. Auch ohne Auto kommt man gut zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder günstigen Uber Fahrten in die Stadt. Ein wirklich toller Strand ist ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, die Betten waren gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick vom Balkon. Der Check in verlief super freundlich und schnell.
Es ist leider super hellhörig. Ich habe meine Nachbarn sehr laut gehört. Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe, da man den Duschkopf nicht ordentlich fest machen kann. Das Fenster in der Küche lässt sich nicht schließen. Ich habe mir auch sehr hart den Kopf am Hängeschrank in der Küche gestoßen. Das Wlan war ok, aber manchmal auch komplett weg.

Very friendly and helpful host. Apartment is a bit far from the centre but can be reached by public transport. To get to the apartment we took bus No.8 from the main bus station (Kolodvor Zadar) and it took us approx. 20 min. to get to the bus stop Borik. The apartment is 10 min. walk away. Beach is approx.15 min walk away from the apartment. Shops and restaurants also not far. The apartment itself was clean and nice.
No air conditioning.

Balcony was nice with a good view and cooking facilities were adequate. Nice host and very quite area with a few surrounding restaurants. Closest beach and accompanying bar are nice too.
A little out the way from Zadar centre and ~15 minute walk to beach. Sofa or chairs not very comfortable and tv signal was temperamental.
