Located in the heart of old town and steps from the riva and sea organ. Rooms were clean and well equipped. No problems with contactless entry and getting keys.
Parking was difficult and we ended up parking nearby on the street unaware of possible fines and prepaying for street parking. Only 4 euros fine. Parking is free 10 pm to 8 am only.

Only location. Beds were comfortable.
There is no washing machine. The drain in the shower was blocked. We cleaned it. Even there was no soap for washing hands. The location is exceptional. The price is pretty expensive tho. You’re paying for the location. For this amount of money you expect more elaborate apartment.

The location was within walking distance to most attractions. Parking was not easy to find, be preparing outside parking.
The building was extreme old, the accommodation was very ordinary and the sheets and towels were still in washer/dryer when we arrived. No view from windows, only into other apartments. We left a day early.
