location- just in the center of the old town

calling it luxury is quite sarcastic. the room And the furnutire was like from 90 ties. The quality of everything was really poor. The walls are so thick that you Can easily hear everything from the neighboir. We were in April, the weather was not warm and we were freezing.

Location is perfect for all amenities in and around the Old Town. Facilities in the kitchen were ideal. Kettle, cafetiere, coffee pot. Fridge/freeze good size, shower excellent. TV had loads of channels.

One slight suggestion would be to have an ironing board and iron.

Apartment in the old town, but well accessible via car

Situated in the heart of the old town, but due to a large public parking very easy to unload stuff from the car, even without payment because no barrier at the entrance of the car park. Free public parking ~1km (outside city wall). Very clean. Good communication with apartment owner, always available via phone and WhatsApp.

Washing machine was not working, but apartment owner was quick to solve the problem

Great location but nothing fancy

Great location, the sea is just across the road. The host was very nice and accommodating, letting us drop off our bags way before check-in time. We have also met the cleaning lady who was super nice too.

Unfortunately the washing machine was not working properly when we were there, but we only stayed for 1 night so it didn't matter much. I'm also not sure what "luxury" refers to in the name, it's a standard studio apartment.

Appartamento delizioso, in pieno centro, vista sulla città e sul mare. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà per recuperare la chiave ma l'host si è messo subito a disposizione aiutandoci anche tramite un video.

Ihana yö Zadarissa

Sijainti oli erinomainen, huone siisti, keittiössä jääkaapin ohessa pakastinlokero, joka iso plussa. Pyydettäessä meille jätettiin pesuainetta, jotta saimme vaatteet pestyä. Älytelevisio. Ikkunan sai auki ja näköala kiva. Hiljainen huone, rauhallisella alueella ja ihan vanhan kaupungin vieressä. Majoittaja vastasi viestiin nopeasti ja saimme pyynnöstä vielä toisen sängyn käyttöön, joka ihana lisä, kun äiti ja poika oli reissussa. Saimme myös lähteä myöhemmin mikä oli ihan super kiva lisä. KIITOS!

Ovi oli hieman vaikea löytää, ohjeet ei ihan täsmännyt.

L'aspetto esterno dell'edificio non è granchè. Nell'annuncio non era chiaro che il parcheggio è pubblico ed a pagamento. Lo spazio esterno della stanza è sul pianerottolo pubblico.

Appartement très bien situé et confortable

Être dans le centre de Zadar à visiter tout se fait à pieds. Etre et avoir la vue sur le forum ainsi que la mer.

Trouver une place de parking pour se garer en pleine saison. Nous avons trouvé après 30 minutes à attendre qu une place se libère en dessous de l appartement pour se garer pas confortablement et tout a été bien pas de rayure sur la voiture.

Perfecta ubicación para un coqueto apartamento reformado

En pleno centro de Zadar y con parking público en la misma puerta. Está reformado totalmente y cuenta con cocina completa y baño confortable incluso con lavadora. Estaba muy limpio.

El acceso es a través de un patio vecinal de un edificio antiguo. No tiene balcón ni terraza.

Hihetetlen, meglepően jó helyen lévő családi szállás, baráti áron!

A lehető legjobb helyen lévő szállás. A viziorgona behallatszik nyitott ablaknál :-) Mégis csendes, lehet pihenni,. Tiszta, jól felszerelt. Minden fontos dolog 5 perc sétára van, az óvárosban van a szállás! Családnak is kit nő.

Sajnos a wifivel nem boldogultunk, pedig elvileg van. 1 éjszakára nem volt probléma.
