The location was great. Host was communicative. Breakfast was provided at a terrific restaurant.
Not much wiggle room.

Nice location
Mattress are uncomfortable, and need to install blockout so the room is completely dark in the morning. The rest was ok.

Central location & private property
Broken blinds (see image below) failed to block light from street lamps - making it difficult to sleep. Plus, you had to walk 10-minutes away to a local restaurant for their included breakfast.
