L'emplacement très bien, matériel comme neuf, espace optimisé, hôte à l'écoute pour les questions qu'on avait à lui poser et à répondu rapidement

Nous n'avions malheureusement pas vu qu'il n'y avait rien pour cuisinier ou ne serait-ce que pour réchauffer quoi que ce soit ou pour se faire une salade. L'équipement se résumait à un frigo et une bouilloire. De plus, une partie des volets est fixe et n'occulte pas la lumière du jour.

Tv in the wardrobe, doesn’t work. Before my travel I asked for an iron as I needed to iron my shirt (business trip) but it was refused. This is a self checkin apartment and the lady was waiting for the last minute to send the code just because I said that I’ll come around 22:00. I told her to send it at the normal check in time because not everyone has internet abroad, to check her message. she said I can get internet when I’m at the airport or some cars nearby. Basically she wanted that when I arrive there I’ll jump around in each bars to get some free internet then to read her message with the access code. Very bad attitude from the owner. Provide the code before or at normal check in time, that’s what we PAID for, right? Change your attitude, you are dealing with customers here, you are not giving rooms for free, we pay you for the services.
