Casa della Nonna Old town Zadar

Appartamento confortevole e pulitissimo, letto comodissimo (anche con il topper, chi è italiano e vede tutti i giorni Barberi in TV mi capirà), elettrodomestici di marca (tra cui un TV gigante in camera da letto), lenzuola e asciugamani di ottima qualità. Nel centro storico, vicinissimo alla fermata del bus da e per l'aeroporto, eppure silenziosissimo. Ho apprezzato la presenza all'arrivo di alcune capsule Nespresso, zucchero, sale e pepe. Utilissimo il video ricevuto via Whatsapp per individuare portone e appartamento, con il solo Google Maps avremmo avuto difficoltà vista la forma del palazzo (tipo le case di ringhiera di Milano). Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema sulla vaschetta del WC durante il soggiorno, prontamente risolto

Avrei apprezzato una bottiglia di acqua in frigo all'arrivo. Se il concetto voleva essere che l'acqua di rubinetto era adeguata, comunque una brocca della stessa in frigo. Anche qualche informazione pratica (es. gestione della spazzatura), scritta o come video, sarebbe stata utile, Non che si vada in vacanza per vedere la TV, ma qualche canale internazionale (italiano, francese, inglese...) non avrebbe guastato

Asunto oli kiva, siisti sekä remontoitu ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Erinomainen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa lentokenttäbussipysäkin vieressä.

Talo ei ollut kovin viihtyisän tai hyväkuntoisen näköinen ulkoapäin. Parisängyn patja oli huono, koska keskellä oli kuoppa. Vuokranantajat eivät vastanneet booking.comin kautta lähettämääni viesteihin ollenkaan. Kannattaa soittaa tai lähettää viestiä suoraan heidän omaan numeroon. Booking.comin ja vuokraemännän mukaan uloskirjautuminen oli klo 11 mennessä, mutta siivoajat tulivat silti omilla avaimilla asuntoon klo 10 jälkeen sanomaan, että meidän olisi pitänyt poistua jo.

It was a good location, right in the old town close to all the action, ferries, restaurants and old stuff. It was also nice to have a separate bedroom and good air con. There was a live band outside on Saturday, however, the double glazing is pretty effective.

Communication for the host was terrible, I waited 3 days to find out if we could check in early, asther multiple requests on booking.com and direct WhatsApp.. There were no directions to find the location, it's a maze of blocks of flats. Only when I pressed the urgency did I get directions, can't understand why these are not standard, and common sense to let your guest know where they are staying. Plus Google maps has the wrong location! Shame that the oven or any of the plugs in the kitchen did not work, as it has a pretty good kitchen space wise just a non working oven, and the hob is close to useless, takes 30-40 minutes to boil pasta. There is no plug for either sink, madness! The rope mats on the shiny wooden floor are extremely slippery, almost dangerous. We moved them out of the way. The TV in the kitchen did not work. Good knows who did the wiring in this property, as it was messy and had live wires sticking out of the walls.
